There was very visible dust on them. Biggest negative was the bar across the street from the condo was very loud. I would recommend to a friend for the condo itself but I would be upfront about the bar which could be a deal breaker.

The room was very clean when we arrived and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay and exceeded our expectations at 1904. After reading some of the reviews prior to the trip we were a little worried, but the room was clean as could be and everything in the condominium worked. The dryer was a little slow, but got the job done. We loved it and would definitely book again.

Great condo overall. Very spacious for a family of 6. Beautiful view and very clean. Downfalls were how noisy it was. You could hear everyone living around you and above you. Didn’t seem like the doors or walls had much sound proof because the ocean wind sounded like it was going to blow everything on the porch off. The elevators were a big annoyance. It may have just been the time of year we went but at times we would wait 15 minutes just to get onto the elevator. The tv in the bedroom with the queen bed did not work which wasn’t terrible, but it was annoying when you just wanted to lay in bed and watch some tv and couldnt. Overall though we had a wonderful time!

Very nice

The property was great and close to everything from food to shopping and even Walmart. The extra walking you have to do to get from the parking garage to the condo is alot for someone with disabilities like myself. It makes you dread going out to do anything. The view and condo is amazing. The bed in the master room was amazing. I got the best sleep I have gotten in years. The condo is loaded with pots, pans, plates,glasses,serving dishes,blender,mixture,can opener and anything else you would need to cook with. I contacted the condo number to let them know about some things I discovered upon our arrival and to let them know we needed garbage bags and they totally ignored us. I don't like that at all. That was the only part of the stay that irritated me is the fact they don't respond to you. There is no instruction telling you where anything is. It would have helped if there had been a brochure telling you where everything is in the building and what level. Or maybe a poster in the elevators saying you are here and how to get to the things in the building. It's so confusing and overwhelming when you get there trying to figure everything out. The condo itself was so nice and clean and plenty of room for all of us. The walk in closet in the master is so amazing!!

The big negative for this unit was the living room furniture. The couch and chair were not enough seats for capacity of the unit. They were very old and uncomfortable.

The kitchen was well equipped. The check in and check out went seamlessly!

It is the perfect spot for all types of people. It has an indoor and outdoor pool for those rainy days. It also comes with two free beach chairs, which makes a world of a difference. We had trouble with the dryer and a light broke in the kitchen, but the owner was very quick to getting back to us and had it fixed within 24 hours. No complaints here!:)

The condo is in a great location. Close to Walmart for groceries and some really great restaurants. It was well stocked with everything we needed kitchen-wise. Awesome beach, the beach chairs that came with the room were a nice touch, and the pools were great. It was spacious and our family of 5 had enough room to spread out and be comfortable. The gym was nice, had a lot of good machines.

Some cons.....
The keurig machine was disgusting. Literal sludge in the water reservoir. Had to basically ****** the whole machine before we could use it. The cleaning crew doesn't do a good job at all. The cabinets were filthy, walls covered in smudges and dirt, the fridge was not cleaned well at all. The dishwasher is old and 90% of the spokes on the top shelf are rusted and broken off. The nozzles in the showers are terrible, especially the master bathroom. The dryer didn't spin so we had to pack wet clothes to take home with us. The elevators were terribly slow and sometimes you'd wait 10 minutes to catch one down. The dining chairs are cloth and all stained and gross looking. The couches could use an upgrade.

All in all we had a great vacation, and I would stay here again if they did some updates and the property was cleaned better.

We had a wonderful experience on the 19th floor! Everything was clean and exactly how it was described online!! Definitely recommend staying here!

We loved staying at this property!

The Majestic property was in a great location, had 5 medium sized pools, and nice amenities. The room however, was ok at best, especially being one of the more expensive options we looked at, which was not helped by charging a 4% fee and tax on said fee to pay with a credit card. Here are the room issues. Exposed wires from the missing wired smoke detector, mold all over shower, cabinet doors falling off hinges, dishwasher falling apart, lots of dried on food all over the refrigerator, a/c leaking on the floor(called maintenance and they fixed), drier not working (called maintenance and they fixed), several light switches that don’t work/control anything, paper thin walls (can hear all the raid traffic and people even though on 19th floor), front bedrooms don’t have shades and as bright as day all night, seating only for 4 in livings area and seating for only 5 at dinning table (we had 6 people and room said accommodated 8). All of that being said, our vacation to PCB was great, but not at all because of this condo room. Having to spend your first few hours cleaning when you pay a cleaning fee is never a great start. We took several photos of the mentioned items, so if anyone from the property management company needs to see them let me know.

The condo pictures looked nice but when we arrived we found all the appliance to be rusted all over. The dishwasher had almost no holders for cups because they were rusted and broken off. The ceiling fan didn't work In one of the bedrooms. The dryer is shoved inside the closet of the 3rd bedroom and quit working. We found there was a lot of cups and silverware but not 1 pot holder or baking sheet. A lot of the cabinets are broken. The couch was kinda gross.. it sleeps 8 but only has kitchen seating for 7! I think this condo is not worth the money. I would never stay here again.
