All was great.

We had a rather large group, two family of four, with kids ranging from 1 year to 3 years old. As well as a set of grandparents for each. Having the pool directly out back for the little ones was one of the best features. Also included a hot tub that was HOT and toasty. Pool water was a bit chilly at first, first full week of May but nothing that you couldn’t get accustomed to, at least for these midwesterners. The beach was a bit of a hike, probably about 200 yards in total or so and included plenty of stairs so made taking a full wagon challenging. Also to note, beach chair/umbrella rentals are set up directly in front of the stairs and you need to walk probably 25-30 yards down in front of Surf Hut and there is a area of about 50 yards of public beach you can set up at. We didn’t have much challenge finding a spot but I imagine during summer months when school is out it’s a bit more challenging.
I also want to point out the bedroom layouts as I think the description is a bit misleading and I did communicate this to the property manager, so maybe it may be updated. But when you enter the home, I consider this the 1st level. There is only the bonus room with the pull out couch. You have to go up a level to get to the first set of bedrooms that are listed on the first floor and then one more flight for the next.
Overall place was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, especially as kids get older and able to walk more themselves.

We had a rough start because the house had not been cleaned, but Irene helped us get sheets and towels for the first night, and the cleaning crew showed up early the next morning. The house is in a great location with easy access to beach, stores, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Our family had a WONDERFUL stay at Old Veneto. The St. Tropez villa's are AMAZING!! The location was superb- very close to the beach and local resturants and a huge variety of shops. The walk across the way to the beach was an easy one; but our favorite activity was sitting at the beautiful pool & hot tub or just enjoying the Florida sunshine from our 3-story balconies. The villa was very clean and had plenty of pool & beach toys and chairs for our kids. Irene, the PM did a great job of answering all of our questions and was very attentive during our stay. We CANNOT wait to return to this beautiful property!

The walk across the way to the beach was an easy one; but our favorite activity was sitting at the beautiful pool & hot tub or just enjoying the Florida sunshine from our 3-story balconies. To gather with three generations from three states was such a joy! The house was a dream! My granddaughters thought it was a castle! The accommodations were crucial in having various needs met and facilitating an amazing family reunion.

My overall impression of the property is good, just had an issue with the sprinkler system and not being able to look at regular TV.

Great week
We had an awesome week with the family. We don’t get to see our family all the time and 1 week a year we go to the beach together. Location was good, house was clean and plenty of room.
