We rented this house for a golf weekend. The weekend got kind of rained out and we were unable to use the home theater and unable to get cable on the television. our contact with a Vacassa
Did not result in anybody coming to figure out why the Home theater and Kabel we’re not working

Spacious house with great first floor for hanging out and cooking. Plenty of rooms to stay in for everyone and space. Nice large kitchen and convenient to drive to Dewey beach.

Love this house. This is our second stay here. The space is very accommodating for a large group! It minutes aways from ocean city. The neighborhood is cute and quiet.
The only negative is the minor upkeep needed on the house;( walls need repainting, upgrades on kitchen appliances * refrigerator ice maker, update or new cookware) upgrade on the internet…. With such a large home, the internet should reach throughout the house for many devices.
Overall I would recommend without a doubt. I’m sure that me and my family will stay again😊

The house was very spacious with a nice kitchen and living room, plenty of space to spread out for our group of nine adults and six kids.
Maintenance issues involve fixtures -- the faucet and doorhandle for the first floor bedroom and bathroom were loose. At least two of the bathroom doors did not fully close as they were warped.
The grill was very slow and dirty (the dirt may have had something to do with the fact that it didn't get hot enough), so it took a long time to grill anything. This was an issue as we planned on grilling for many of our meals.
There were also conflicting/unclear check out instructions related to the linens. One set of instructions on the fridge said there would be a $75 charge for any dirty linens uncollected in the provided bags, but the app check-out instructions specifically stated to "leave sheets on the beds (don't worry about washing them--we've got it covered)." There was a third set of instructions on the large envelope where the keys were provided.
We also noticed that the floors were not clean on day one - it was noticeably grimy and we could feel sand on the bare floor.
While small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap bars were provided, each bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper. When we called to check if there was more somewhere, we were told that we needed to buy them "like we would for our own house." Kind of odd given that they provide other hotel-like amenities (like the shampoo kits). Some transparency around what toiletries are and are not provided ahead of time would be helpful.
Overall for the amount of money we paid, we expected a better maintained and cleaner house with more hospitable touches. It was our first time using Vacasa and I am not sure we would use again.

House is spread out with lots of spaces for kids and adults to spread out. 5 bathrooms is extremely helpful with larger groups. Nice to have linens & towels provided, made packing up the car a lot easier.

Very spacious and clean home. We had more than enough room for our 15 person stay. Close driving access to the beach and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is an amazing, huge house and worked perfectly for ourselves, and our three adult 'children', their spouses, and our grandchildren. It was also very nice to have the linens provided. Just be sure that you are ok with not being within walking distance to the beach. The public parking areas and beaches are super crowded.

This is our second time staying at this house. We love the space and all of the bedrooms. The theater room is a bonus. Very pretty neighborhood. We had a great time again this year and we would return.

My only criticism is not of the actual house but the lack of cleaning supplies (none available) and the trash situation. Trash gets taken out only once a week so the garbage was overflowing when we arrived, we had to take out the last guests trash (gross). There is only one trash bin (small for a large group). And the only safe way to get to the trash can is through the neighbors yard because there is a huge tree in the way.

Spacious floor plan with plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. Not far from the beach and walking distance to pool, amenity center and grocery store. End of season wear and tear and could use a deep clean but overall, very pleased and we would rent this house again.

The house was large and spacious. Lots of outside space as well. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely rent this house again.

My one piece of advice is to not ship any online orders directly to the house because it doesn't have an individual mailbox and the key for the clubhouse and the communal mailbox is not provided. Overall we loved our stay at this home!

The dishwasher, washer and dryer work well, and there were enough plates and glasses. The drive way was enough to park four cars. We did not use the garage space because we were in and out all the time. But there was a good amount of space in the garage as well. This house is Amazing! Located in a quiet neighborhood and no more than a 7 minute drive to the beach and shops. There is a grocery store is only 2 blocks away. We will definitely be back!

This home was too gorgeous to be true. Very opened and bright. More than enough rooms and space to accommodate a very large group. Clean and comfortable. Something for all ages to do and enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped. There are televisions in every room and the beds are extremely comfortable.The family said we will be returning soon. Lol, we didn’t want to leave but unfortunately the next day was already taken, so get it while you can.Hope you enjoy❤️

This home was too gorgeous to be true. Very opened and bright. More than enough rooms and space to accommodate a very large group. Clean and comfortable. Something for all ages to do and enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped. There are televisions in every room and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Had fun watching movies on big screen projector and great room/kitchen flow keeps everyone together. Nice little golf course steps away from home for family fun. And Bethany Beach on a 70 degree October day is unbeatable. And we had 2 chocolate Labs who loved the house and the beach. Vantage Rentals was responsive and efficient.
