Very clean and modern home. Well equipped with everything you might Miriam was a fantastic host- she was incredibly responsive and knew I was coming with my 3 and 5 year old and left recommendations for a fabulous kid- friendly winery 10/10 recommend. Just beware- some hills to traverse if you like walking

The house was bright, clean and spacious - and perfectly located close to downtown and the beach!

We so enjoyed our 6-week stay here in Penticton! This rental was stocked with all the furnishings and appliances you’d need for a long term stay (more than most) and it was walking distance to some of the town’s best breweries and walking trails. Wonderfully comfortable and convenient. Miriam was also an excellent host. Already planning our return!

A beautifully decorated new, three level townhouse. Miriam has good interior design taste. Checking in & out was so easy, using a code sent to us a few days before arriving. But you need to get used to using steps to go from the TV in the bottom level to the bedrooms at the top level. Would have enjoyed a TV in the middle level, Would thoroughly recommend though.

Convenient location, nice new home, very comfortable and clean, full kitchen with all the necessities and a lovely welcome gift from the owner.

This new, modern, clean and air-conditioned townhouse has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs; kitchen, dining, living room and powder room on the main floor and a finished walk-out lower level that can be used as office space or family hangout. The sliding doors on the lower level open onto patio seating and a barbecue. We enjoyed being within walking distance of restaurants, cafés and the beach! Parking is on the driveway in front of the townhouse and there is a keypad for the lock. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, but it’s also very accessible to key streets and a multi-purpose pathway along the nearby creek. One morning, we woke up to a doe and fawns having their breakfast in the yard across the street. And one of the neighbours has a very friendly cat who also offered some great Penticton hospitality. The property is also close to the Kettle Valley Railway trail which we used for running and cycling, discovering vineyards and small shops and fruit stands along the way. We wish that we could have spent more time there!

We were welcomed with a wonderful bottle of wine and a bag of coffee. Miriam responded to my questions right away! The home had everything we needed. The decor modren and comfy! 5 stars for sure!

An extremely clean and tastefully decorated townhouse. The location is excellent - just steps from the KVR - although lots of steps. I enjoyed running and cycling and visiting the book shop and coffee shop downtown. We also enjoyed walks along the waterfront. All in all an excellent stay. Everything was as promised and Mariam was very quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend!
