We had a great time during our 5 day stay. Host provided towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Great outdoor set up! We enjoyed hanky out in the lanai and cooking our meals on their outdoor blacktop grill. Our kids 5&7 enjoyed the pool the minute they woke up. We even got to see some dolphins along the canal on our last evening. Sharon was very quick to respond to our messages/questions. Will definitely be back if we visit Marco Island.

We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool, hot tub, grill and fishing on the canal. Wonderful house and host was very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful week of great weather. If your looking to spend your time outdoors this is the place. Amazing outdoor space. Beach access is walkable. 3/4 of a mile. Inside is dated but overall functional.

We had the perfect family vacation. We absolutely loved our stay. The house was just as pictured and very clean. Easy to contact and fast response from the owner. The area was great. I really enjoyed hot jacuzzi at night :) We will definitely be back…

We had such a great time at this rental! It had everything we needed for venturing out to the beach and was very conveniently located. However, we all agreed that we were just as happy to stay at the house, cook and grill our own meals, and enjoy lounging on the patio and in the pool and spa. The kids loved having the bikes for exploring, and being able to fish off the dock. Sharon was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Location was great. Backyard is fantastic… wish we had more time to enjoy it. Furnishings in house are very nice and updated. Beds were comfortable. Appliances could be updated, but all worked great! Updates need to be made in house, but the house is very clean which is the most important.

we have booked this property for eight people that we travel in different cars. The moment we arrived until we checked out the owner keep texting and calling and sending their property manager at the house and knocking our door to check on how many people that are living. We were so unhappy with the management. We had some friends came over to meet us from the town and the owner thought they have lived with us. We have been traveling all around the nations and the world never had this kind of experience before.

This property was wonderful. The pool area was everything. We spent 99% of the time in this space and wouldn't change a thing. It was perfect for our girls weekend.

Our stay on this property was awesome. The outdoor pool and patio area was definitely the highlight. From the pool, to the hot tub, the seating, the outdoor bar with TV, to the fire pit, it was everything that our family needed and loved! Not to mention the view from the patio deck. The service from the property manager was impeccable. They responded promptly if we had any questions. Easy walkable access to beach and shops/restaurants. If we are ever in Marco Island, we will definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family of 5! The outdoor space is where we spent the majority of our time. Fishing from the dock, grilling our dinners, swimming and nightly hot tubbing. We used the bikes every day to watch the sunsets and get ice cream (public beach access, shops and restaurants are about a 10 min bike ride about 1 mile away). The house itself met our needs and was fully stocked with the necessities. The host/owner was very responsive and check-in/check-out was super easy. We will be back!!

The house was about a 15 min. wall to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The pool was a great temperature and the lights around the pool were very relaxing. We spent most of our time at the house in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The host was very communicative and helpful.

The house is conveniently located to the beach and main streets of the island. The outdoor setting is incredible with a fantastic bar, pool, hot tub, Blackstone and ample seating!

Overall very nice. Kitchen and bathrooms a little outdated, but clean and did not hinder our stay. The pool was the best part, with lots of lounge space, grill, hot tub, ample pool towels. Lighting in the pool and on the deck was beautiful at night. Location is great and close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the house. The pictures are extremely accurate and there were no surprises. The outside is incredible and we were thrilled to have the private, heated pool to use. It’s a short drive to the beach and restaurants - nowhere is more than a 10 minute drive. As other reviewers noted, the bathrooms/kitchen are outdated but perfectly functional and clean. Would definitely recommend!
