We spent a wonderful week at this vacation home. The property was large enough to accommodate our group of six children, six adults, and one dog. The mattresses and linens were new and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach (a 5-10 minute walk) and having the option to park there on days when we had a lot of gear. The home is well-equipped with board games, puzzles, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and life jackets for boating. We had a great time riding bikes, kayaking, and hiking nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home felt very private. I would highly recommend this property to large groups looking for a relaxing vacation with easy access to outdoor activities.

It was perfect for two families (8 adults) to get together and enjoy the beach ! The house had everything you needed for fun and relaxation. Spacious layout and beautiful yard located a half mile from the beach. Can not wait to return next year!!

Amazing, they had everything needed. The fridge was empty which I love because I dislike when people before leave their stuff. Would love to stay there again. Hated to leave.

Beautiful home, great location, well stocked. Large yard with outdoor games, a grill, lovely front and back porch. Had a very enjoyable time with family, lots of space for people to sit, eat, and chit chat. Pretty walk to the beach and the water was calm and refreshing. We didn’t expect the beach to be so rocky; that was hard to get used to but we still enjoyed it every day. Would definitely return to this property!

House is a great family home! Walk to beach, all the amenities necessary to host a extended family. Beach was 4 min walk and beautiful. Hosts were accessible and extremely responsive. Thank You!

We had 14 family members from Utah stay here for a graduation at Boston U. It was about a 1 hour drive to Boston, a trip we made 5 times over 8 days. The dooms and beds fit us well. We enjoyed the large gathering areas, and the kids liked the Wii in the basement. We walked down to the beach many times, and Sandwich was also charming, with some good food options. There we’re a couple of issue during our stay, but the owner was easy to communicate with, and responded and resolved them quickly.

Super location and very comfortable home that was fully equipped for group activities. Great layout and ample room for our group of 11. Out door space was perfect too and enjoyed playing games on large lawns. Home needs some TLC as a bit worn but did not impede the great time that we had.

We were there for thanksgiving. Spent a great week with family eating, walking the beach and sampling various restaurants, distilleries and shops

Owners were responsive, friendly and very helpful with a lot of extras we did not expect, e.g. all sorts of beach equipment for use. We loved the private beach and easy access, will definitely consider staying again with the kids as this place is ideal for a large family group!

We had a great time staying here at this house. The area couldn't have been more beautiful. Plenty of room for my big family and some friends, highly recommend!

The property was in a lovely neighborhood with a beach a short walk away. It had a nice yard for kids to play and a gas grill that was put to good use. It sleeps lots of people although we just had 6. The property owners, Jeffrey and Veronica, were wonderful to work with. We had a problem and they took care of it immediately, which we really appreciated. They left a beautiful gift basket and every one of us found something in it that we loved! We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful home that is wonderfully furnished and maintained. The location includes a short walk to a private beach that has spectacular sunsets. The owners offered great communication and respect for the needs of my multi generational family including toys and games for my 22 month old grandson. We look forward to returning.

This home worked perfectly for up to 10 people. It had an open plan kitchen and family room, with a table inside as well as a deck outside beside the kitchen. It also had a beautiful front porch with rocking chairs that we often sat on in the mornings With a cup of teawhile we read the news or chatted. The outdoor table had an awning over it and could easily seat 8 to 10 people. The owners left everything one would need at the beach, including beach chairs, boards, a wagon to pull it all down to the beach, and even a large beach umbrella. They also left a number of games, and the basement had A pool table and other Internet games. They also left their cable television connected to all the stations and apps so we didn’t have to enter lots of passwords. The Internet was great. And the backyard was very large and we played wiffle football and other games there. There was also a wonderful mile walk through the tidal wetlands just across from the private beach available to us as renters. The only time we used the car parking permit the owners left for us was when we took down firewood to the beach to have s’mores. The owners actually provided us a wonderful welcome basket that included all the items for making s’mores, as well as other wonderful goodies and even a beautiful beach towel. I can’t imagine a better place to have stayed.

From the moment we turned into the neighborhood to the moment we left we lived this house. It was homey with touches of a hotel that made it wonderful for a family with kids ranging from 2 to 21. There is so much to do at the house and the neighborhood is quiet yet had a private beach. A joy to stay here.
