The big garden was great, kids loved the trampoline. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Very spacious.

Would have loved to have towels

Kitchen facilities were great and Kerry had left us all the basics which was so helpful. Instructions for things like hot water were clear, beds comfortable, garden lovely to look out on when raining and a treat to sit in for breakfast in the sun. We were a 6 minute drive from Woolacombe beach and could have walked down the back road if we could have faced the walk back up the hill.

Only very trivial things missing for us - but were subjective not essentials.
