Unit was properly equipped with washing machine, microwave oven. Bed was ok. Great netflix and excellent broadband.
Cockroach infested. Pest control required.

I noticed there is so many baby cocroaches in the house. Management needs to look into this.

the studio was neat and tidy. an air freshener was placed, and I loved the scent of it. water heater, wifi, iron was all functioning well. overall, it was definitely a pleasant stay :)
the only thing that bothered me a bit was how far the parking was from the studio. but at least its guarded and safe.

The location. Near to shops, banks and restaurants. Love all the facilities. Except for the short legs of the iron board. Parking lot near to the lifts.
There were many baby cockcroaches on the floor. The edge of toilet bowl a bit dirty. One of the sofa cover looked dirty.
