We loved the abundant room for our family vacation with children and grandchildren. We were close enough to the Interstate to get to the National and State Parks in the area, as well as shopping and other attractions. But it was also far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The grandchildren loved the pool and area attractions. There was something for everyone. Being able to gather for a family meal was another wonderful benefit not available with a hotel stay. We had a great host who was quick to answer questions.

We rented the house during IM 70.3 WC and the location of the house was convenient to all local stores. The host of the house was very responsive in replying to messages. The house was very clean and has everything that we needed.

We were down south for a family reunion. It was perfect for our family and my sis-in-laws family. We only slept there but it was a very comfortable place to stay for all of us. We would stay there again.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving break with some extended family. It was the perfect size for the 12 of us, especially loved the number of bedrooms. Beautifully furnished. We loved the openness of the main living area and large table and island. The kids loved the upstairs loft area. We also loved that the pickle ball courts were so close and the rental had paddles and balls to use.
The condo was stocked with most everything we needed. Some suggestions for extra household items include steak knives, a plunger, Kleenex, and smaller saucepans. Also there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, but we later found some in the pantry.
Such a great stay and hope to come back again!

This place is great. Very close to everything, lots of room. The owner is awesome, we had a hiccup when we first got there, but it was taken care of almost immediately. We will definitely be staying here again next time we go to St. George.

Our experience at this rental went well. The space was nicely decorated and the rooms were spacious and comfy! We did get there when the cleaning staff was still working and they didn’t take the trash out but it was a short walk into the garage. Overall it was a nice home!

It is new construction with all the accommodations needed for 1 or 2 families looking to share a rental for a weekend softball tournament. We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend with 8 guests total (including 3 - 16U softball players) and we had everything we needed, the wifi worked great, and there was room to spare. Most importantly, there was no arguing/waiting/fighting for the showers in the mornings (which is a typical scenario when staying in a hotel). The neighborhood was beautiful and all the softball parks were within 15-20 mins. Also, if you have free time, there are tons of hiking trails nearby as well as the Zion National Park.
The property manager was very responsive and had great tips on things to do while in St. George.

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend with 8 guests total (including 3 - 16U softball players) and we had everything we needed, the wifi worked great, and there was room to spare. Most importantly, there was no arguing/waiting/fighting for the showers in the mornings (which is a typical scenario when staying in a hotel). The neighborhood was beautiful and all the softball parks were within 15-20 mins. Also, if you have free time, there are tons of hiking trails nearby as well as the Zion National Park.
