I liked the room itself and it was clean
Patrick is slow to respond and when i asked about getting a cancelation confirmation for an earlier cancelation i made, he never send it even though he said he would. The walls were thin and i could hear everything that was happening in the building. I also had to pay the turist tax twice.

Luckily I had a room at the rear which was very quiet and free parking was good. It is on a busy road though but I had no trouble. The decoration was stylish and kitchen facilities good.
You can hear all the guests coming in late

We have no complaints at all about our stay. The staff was friendly, especially Kim when we arrived. The room was very large and perfect for a comfortable weekend away.

Cosy room, clean and everything that you need was present. Towels of course but also things you need to wash the dishes. The small things that makes a stay comfortable.
Getting a parking place was sometimes more difficult than expected. On the other hand, parking facilities enough in Groningen, so there is always a solution.
