All other staff members showed hospitality above expectations
Attendant near elevators was uninformed about his job. Didn't know or perhaps was apathetic that elevator didn't work. Mainly played ga m es on his phone and hardly looked up to make eye contact from customer inquiries.

beautiful place beautiful room lots to do great location
the walls are very thin I could hear the family above us all night walking around their toddler was running back and forth 3 o’clock in the morning full conversation . I don’t like pet friendly hotels. wasn’t aware of all the animals. lobby area smelled like pets and poop in some areas

The rooms were beautiful, the ease of check in was a plus and the location was perfect.

the large spacious unit was lovely and clean
didn’t like the extensive information and process that was required for the booking to be confirmed. the need for my bio and licence and selfie of me holding my licence was very intrusive- without any explanation

I wish there was a safe in the room. Because there wasn’t we weren’t comfortable with staff coming in to clean.

Beautiful place! Clean, clean, clean place, spacious and quiet. Great communication and clear instructions. Smooth and great experience. We will definitely be back!
I just wish they had an indoor pool.
