Room is not good, poor maintenance. Not even provided towels, soaps etc. For anything need to wait for a long time. Even for making the bill at the time of vacating had lot of troubles. Paid money and recevied only a booking form not even bill / receipt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and upgraded us to a better room which was also warmer and had a balcony. They also gave us an electric heater! This is the best place to stay if you are on a budget and if you want to be close to the city but avoid the crowd.
The geezer is a bit hard to figure out, so don't expect to take long hot showers here :D

The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to extend our stay for 1 extra night. It was pretty affordable and the location was great
The room was super cold at night, there is no heating in the room, only a thick blanket (which definitely was not washed before given to us as it had bad smell and was dusty) which was not enough to keep us warm and we had to sleep in hoodies and socks. One small heating unit would have done the job as the rooms are very small. There was only about 30-40 seconds of hot/warm water in the shower, after that the water pressure went down and so did the temperature. No amenities provided in the room, only one little bar of soap.

the room was fine and the location was good
the sheets weren’t very clean, we did not have toilet paper en there was no bin. the hosts also weren’t as welcoming as we are used to in Sri Lanka! it was too expensive for what you got…

Wifi wasn't available at the time we stayed since they had just reopened after COVID restrictions

As the property is in the middle of the city which is easy access to all the places, really like it. Apart from that facilities were on point. And parking facility was also there which was really helpful.
