Appauling... scammers! Theft of £900! Discriminatory behaviour... Read on.
The 'hotel' was not finished when we arrived, scaffolding still outside with workmen on it at window level throughout the week of our stay which encroached on privacy (no prior warning) workmen also let themselves into the building and our rooms throughout, door surrounds still displaying builders foam being one of the minor indicators that they had rushed to open.
On the second day, the front door and every door to our separate apartments had been left open when we arrived home at 10pm, and windows left opened at the scaffold level, huge security risk.
On the first night, crumbs that had not been cleaned from the toaster caused smoke, which set off the fire alarm. The hosts were uncontactable. Several different numbers were attempted, and they did not respond to the message on booking.com for two days. The fire alarm continued to sound until 2 am without any way to isolate it. The fire brigade turned up and was also unable to stop it due to the 'panel' being in a locked room that appeared to have been screwed shut.
We were left with no alternative but to remove the alarm and disrupt the electrical supply, the hosts are attempting to charge us for this. The alarm downstairs continued to sound until 9:30am
Furthermore, in direct contractiction of the law under the equalities act 2010, the hosts have charged an additional £900 to our credit card, which is entirely unauthorised. Their reason appears to be that a service animal visited the property, which is an act of discrimination.
They refuse to identify themselves, company number, licensing, etc... we will be persuing them in small claims court.

Poor customer service they give you number to call in which no one answers you leave messages still no answer until the next day in which they apologise and offer you a full refund but it has now been over 6 weeks since they said I would be fully refunded but still no refund and no longer able to get in touch with them

I love staying here! Anytime I’m in Worcester, this is the place I book. Convenient location, nice decor, great bathroom and easy access. Decent WiFi for remote working.

Excellent location right in the town centre. Room was characterful but with modern comfort, just how I like it.
The only thing that comes to mind is that the shower door in room 5 was very narrow, I had to squeeze myself through.

No microwave. Very basic kitchen essentials. No dining table, just narrow breakfast bar. Door entrance code wouldn't work.

Great location. Very nice rooms and a very cozy and comfy vibe. It looked exactly like the pictures which was a massive plus also!
Maybe better communication regarding early check-in as we were a bit concerned if the hotel had received our request and payment due to not hearing anything. Ended up being able to check in early

The room was very centrally located, right in the middle of Worcester, near to shops and restaurants. It had character and all the facilities that we required for a one night stay.
Finding it was a bit challenging as there was a door next door that we initially thought was the entrance. So Check-in instructions could have been a bit clearer. Also it was a bit noisy as it was near pubs and restaurants and was a very warm night, so we had the windows open. Fine as long as guests appreciate this!

All self-check in. Very tidy rooms with lots of space. Bathroom was lovely, with a rainfall shower and a normal underneath. highlight was definitely the espresso machine too
Quite difficult to get into. we spent a long time waiting outside the room for the staff to tell us the code as the first one didn’t work. No curtains in room 2

Our only evening in Worcester was ruined by door codes not working.
We initially had trouble opening the bedroom door, such that after a few phone calls we received a different code and were able to get into the room. This process took a while whereas we should have been able to let ourselves in immediately, being tired after our long journey.
But much worse was our experience on returning from our evening meal when the downstairs inner door would not open. We also found another couple waiting in the lobby. After several more phone calls to Adam, our contact, the other couple gave up waiting and went out to have a late meal, having to take all their luggage with them. Adam then informed us that a locksmith would come and let us in. When he arrived 45 minutes later (having driven from Gloucester) he managed to break into the lock within about 15 minutes. In total we were waiting in the small, cold lobby for about 1hour 20 minutes.
We are pensioners in our 70s and this was uncomfortable and incredibly frustrating. The rest of our evening was a wash out and we felt very disappointed.
We feel that we deserve a full refund but have not received any more communication from Riize rooms.

The room was centrally located and the shower had good water pressure.
We paid extra for early check in, to arrive 20 mins after our check in time and the cleaner wasn't aware our room was meant to be ready early. So that wasn't a great start. The room wasn't huge and it looks tired with several bits of paint work deeply scratched and tiles in the bathroom cracked.

Recently renovated to a good standard and had a good location
First the light in the hallway which has no windows would go off when half way up extremely dangerous. Also no notice of having to climb two flights of stairs given.
Finally the broadband was poor and no password information given and the tv’s had no signal for either free view or sky. Which your local representative can confirm as he called in and tried to correct

We really liked the property - the location couldn’t be better to see the best parts of Worcester. It is very well decorated with good quality bedding and carpets. Bathroom also very nice
A few things to make even better. 1) There is a small leak from the beam in the sitting room. 2) the fridge is very noisy which is odd for such a new appliance. 3) the door needs a number to distinguish it from the other apartments

Such a cute, modern room. It had everything we needed for ond night! What we loved most was the location and the car park near by is £5 for 24 hours.
