Blinds need fixing, unable to close fully. Sofas uncomfortable to sit on.

The house was clean and there was no problem picking up the key on a Sunday afternoon. The instructions were clear. It was ideal for 3 adults and 2, older children, plus a small dog.

I was surprised to find an extra $80.93 ( Booking.com Reseller fee) booking fee on top of the $ 40 booking fee and two credit charge fees charged by the managing agency. I had a lot of correspondence prior to that, but the extra $80 fee was never mentioned. I expected to pay a credit charge fee and a $50 bond for the small dog. ( I am not sure if this gets returned if everything was left in a good state?) All the extra fees and charges added up to the cost of the advertised one night's accommodation and we were only there for 3 nights.

Location was excellent and very convenient being next to IGA, next to town, next to marina and lots of places to eat. All utensils needed were there so it was easy to cook as well.

No utensils to clean the BBQ with so we had to buy some to clean it, also wasn't very clean to begin with. Main bed was not comfortable, very soft with springs.
