This condo is absolutely beautiful and so many added special touches… left us coffee with fun creamers, hot chocolate, aloe in the refrigerator for sunburns that we definitely used and loved! A folder full of the restaurants and things to do. Mary texted back and forth with her suggestions on best restaurants and fish markets. She was so fantastic from booking to checking out!!! Everything in the condo was spotless! Our favorite was the SUNRISE 🌅!!! Absolutely no words!!! We will be back this year!!!!!

We booked this as a last minute getaway. LOVE everything about this place. And Mary is the absolute best. She’s a text or phone call away if you need anything. This place has everything you could need. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
Only negative is the resort itself does not take cash for ANYTHING. Not even the vending machine. So be prepared to swipe.

We loved this condo. The owners have plenty of "extras" such as K cups, seasonings, aluminum foil, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella etc, which made it nice that we did not have to purchase especially for a quick 3 day getaway to the beach. Looking out and seeing unobstructed views of the bay and ocean was amazing! Beds were comfortable and unit was very clean.
Our contact person, Mary, was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Portofino! The condo is beautiful and really upscale in terms of decor, kitchen supplies & appliances, and extra items. We were very impressed! The condo was also extremely clean. Mary was a wonderful host. We had one issue specific to our stay and it was handled very quickly. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful condo!!

We were amazed by everything about this condo!!! The condo was stocked with everything one might need while on a beach vacation. The condo is decorated beautifully and is incredibly clean. All beds were extremely comfortable. Our daughters absolutely adored the second bedroom. We cooked meals in the kitchen, which is stocked with high end items for extensive cooking. We took full advantage of the wonderful coffee bar, fully stocked with all we needed for a fabulous morning coffee on the awesome balcony. The views were wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Can't say enough about this condo. Situated with a beautiful view of the national seashore with both bay and gulf views. The condo is clean and outfitted with everything you could ever ask for. Furnishings, TV's, amenities and every cabinet stocked with everything you could ever need. From pans, paper products, coffee, cleaning supplies, to hair straighteners!! Don't worry about shopping for anything before you come. Check out the condo first and then go to the store!!! The communication with the manager is also worth mentioning. Mary is on point with every request! Thank you for a great stay!

After Dune Delight Delivered!! So happy we booked this resort and this unit! The view is amazing! Best of everything! Can see the bay, the gulf and the dunes! Enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings on the balcony!
The unit is cute, clean and cozy! Love the beachy decor vibe! Everything you need is supplied - beach chairs, cooler, coffee, cooking utensils, soaps, paper goods, washing machine and dryer and beach towels. Nice big TV’s. Quality appliances. Whirlpool tub. Comfy balcony seating. Adorable 2nd bedroom with attached bathroom perfect for my college daughters. Bedrooms have amazing views too!

Our stay was a great exerience. The property had great appliances for those maybe looking to save a little money by eating in. Additionally, it was well stocked with just about everything you need for an extended stay. The supporting facilities were very convenient and offered a nice array of activities for the whole family. If we are ever back down that way, we would definitely want to stay here again.

This has been the nicest place we have ever stayed. The condo was absolutely perfect in every way. The design, furnishings, cleanliness, and breathtaking views were top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. Our kids loved their bedroom and was perfect for them. The outdoor balcony was amazing. Unobstructed views of the bay and the gulf. The overall resort was wonderful and loved the pool options. The beach on the gulf side was incredible. Overall, this was the perfect place for our family. We would love to come back again and sad our vacation ended!

Spent another long weekend here with just my wife. The condo itself is amazing. We love Portofino and getting away from it all. We had a great dinner in Navarre and spent one afternoon in downtown Pensacola. Could not have been a better weekend and we can't wait for the next one.

From start to finish this experience was amazing. This condo is so inviting and gorgeous. Mary was beyond helpful and sent ideas for things to do while we were in the area. Views of the gulf and bay were so beautiful. Anything you need the condo is well stocked. You never have to leave the property if you don’t want to. The food and pools were great as well. I only wish we could have stayed longer! We are excited to return soon.

This unit has an unbelievable, unobstructed view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the bay of Pensacola. You can literally see all the way to Navarre which is 13 miles away. The property has all that you want or need...pools, hot tubs, restaurants and poolside bars. We enjoyed kayaking the bay and then simply walking across the street to lounge on the Gulf and collect shells. All staff we interacted with at the property were pleasant and helpful. The property is gated so that adds to less worry. If you're wiped out at the end of the day, no worries, just chill out in a poolside chair overlooking the bay at sunset while getting chair side service for drinks and food, brought right to your chair (which is exactly what we did)! A bushwhacker taste very good at the end of a busy day. The unit itself is beatiful and has everything you may need. Excellent communication was provided throughout the entire process of booking and throughout the stay. Definitely 5 Star and do not hesitate to rent this unit. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I spent 5 days, 4 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The property was clean, well stocked, had beautiful views, and communication between myself and the manager was delightful and easy. Check in was easy and exceptional. We had no issues gaining access to anything we needed. The rules for the condo were precise and easy to follow as well as fair. We enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the balcony every morning and the peace that came from the location of the property. The overall property was also very clean and employees were very helpful when needed. We would not mind staying at this condo again or renting from Mary again. She was a pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way around.

The view is absolutely spectacular, we spent our mornings and evenings on the balcony taking in the Gulf and the Sound.
The condo is just as grand; it was beautifully decorated and felt so luxurious but cozy at the same time. Not to mention, it included everything we could need for a complete beach vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in Portofino unit 2-1703 which was extremely well appointed, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The easterly view from the balcony looks has afternoon shade and an unobstructed view over the dunes, with the "sound" on the left and gulf on the right. We'd recommend bringing your own pillows (too lumpy), and parking outside due to a small and sloped spot assigned in the parking garage. The Portofino office mistakenly charged our credit card for additional fees, but this was quickly resolved after contacting Mary the host.
