This property was very clean, well stocked, and just as described. The check in process went very smoothly. There were nice touches like complimentary popcorn, drinks, and coffee supplies. It was in a quiet location, but also close to the island - just a short drive to the island beaches and restaurants. We would happily stay here again!

The place was very clean and cozy, the host had placed drinks and snacks and fresh coffee for brewing and tea. Will definitely be back soon, just loved the atmosphere of the area and slept so well, very comfy bed 😊

It was an enjoyable stay! The restaurants/beaches/shopping were all within a few minutes from our room! The room was cozy/quiet/had everything we needed! It was very clean & we truly enjoyed our stay & won’t hesitate to book & stay here again if we plan on another trip to the area ❤️🙋♀️🌺🌴

Perfect location, shower/bathroom facility small but functional, bed topper a bit too soft. Nice touch with beach towels, cooler, cold water, sodas, pop corn, coffee, cream! Very clean and plenty of paper supplies and extra towels. It would be nice to have had a bit more information regarding proximity of beaches. Great vacation!

Planned on watching championship game of March Madness,
everything was streaming on TV, talked to owner, she knew nouthing about it, so was no help, but she tried.

The property is located just before a bridge to Bradenton Beach/AMI which made it very convenient to access. The room was clean and comfortable with an outdoor patio sitting area for the evenings. The hostess supplied coffee,cream, popcorn and soft drinks which was a nice touch. She also said made available Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and a wagon for transportation. That was very nice. Quiet neighborhood near the beach for less than staying on AMI.

We loved our stay here. Great location, peaceful despite the spring break chaos. So close to dining options, and beach right across the bridge. Loved the outdoor space and the cats who visited. Room was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were amazing!

Just over the Cortez bridge are the most beautiful white sand beaches anywhere!! 10 minutes from Anna Maria Island. Hint: there’s plenty of street parking off the main drag. Park between the green signs. Will definitely stay here from now on whenever we head for the beach!!

It was very cozy and clean. Close to all of the great beaches and restaurants. Easy check in. Nice private outside sitting area. Comfortable bed, quiet, and great parking. I would recommend this place. And would stay here again. They also were kind enough to put waters and soda in the fridge. Also coffee and popcorn! :-)

This spot is in Cortez which is just over the bridge from Bradenton beach. Very nice neighborhood with good casual restaurants. Enjoyed my stay.

Was a last minute getaway but was Hazel’s perfect for us. Great place at a great rate. Obviously not beachfront but did not come with beachfront prices either! Was just what we needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

Easy check in and Hazel is an amazing host! Her son Ivan was awesome as well helping us to get the fish that we caught cooked for our dinner. I would recommend this place to any couple looking for an enjoyable stay!!’
