Had a wonderful weekend for the football game. The field was in sight of the house and it was a short walk to it. We had no issues with the property at all other than we couldn’t get the dishwasher to run. That could be our fault though.

The house was not well labeled so I did not know what door was ours when we arrived. I had to call and ask about it since there was nothing in the instructions sent to us. And this lack of labeling the Unit A/B was even more clear when at 12:40am the guest for the next unit came to our front door trying to open it up since they were checking in and didn’t know which door was theirs. My husband greeted them with a gun pointed their way since he thought they were breaking in. The downstairs bathroom- tub/shower leaks everywhere so it was not usable for anything more than toilet and sink. The banister upstairs is cracked and luckily my kids are old enough to just tell not to touch it. But that was not safe. And I was disappointed in the amount of dust everywhere. The location did work well for us and we made the home work for us. But I would not stay there again.

This property is located conveniently close to all things downtown Indy! 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths were great for the 4 of us. Coffee shop down the street and fun breweries very close.

The unit and location were wonderful with great communication and very clean. Bedrooms worked out perfect - only complaint was the mattress on the downstairs bed - definitely needs to be replaced. Kitchen could use a use a wine opener but otherwise we loved it!

We were in Indianapolis for the marathon and the house was perfect! It was a great location and totally comfortable for the runners both before and after the race. And, we were walking distance to Amelia's, a wonderful bakery that we just happened to find.

House worked great and was exactly what we needed. Nothing flashy with easy access to the highways.

This property was super clean and cute. The location is amazing for everything we wanted to do downtown. We didn’t need to drive anywhere, we either walked or rented scooters. However- the bed in the room next to the front door was AWFUL. It was like plywood and we didn’t hardly sleep at all. There also wasn’t a tv, which may not be a big deal to some.

This property was super clean and cute. The location is amazing for everything we wanted to do downtown. We didn’t need to drive anywhere, we either walked or rented scooters. The location is great to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It was an easy half-mile walk. The house was perfect for our needs and the experience was what we hoped for. Highly recommended.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend in this home. It is very spacious, with lots of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location was very good! We walked half and ubered half… the walk to monument circle/downtown was 15ish minutes and the Uber prices were in the $8-$15 range. Great stay!

It was very clean and in a great neighborhood, walking distance to sever great locations as well.
Only thing I would say is if you get cold easy, stay away from some of the windows, they are a bit drafy. But not unbearable.
I would definitely stay again at this location.

Myself and 5 other guys from my Masonic Lodge made a trip to Indy for a conference. This location suited us perfectly.
It was very clean and in a great neighborhood, walking distance to sever great locations as well.
Only thing I would say is if you get cold easy, stay away from some of the windows, they are a bit drafy. But not unbearable.
I would definitely stay again at this location.

This place was beautiful and clean. It was the perfect amount of space for me and 6 guests and the layout is very open and spacious. Better than I expected from the pictures. The only bad thing was when I got there, they had a crew working on the other half of the duplex which were taking up the whole entire parking area in the back. Plus the giant dumpster taking up half of the parking area. When I got there, the work crew acted as if I wasn’t supposed to be there or something but after a frustrating conversation with them, they finally agreed to move their cars so that me and our other two cars could park there. But that was the ONLY bump in the road. The rest of our stay was immaculate.
