Excellent accommodation. Even better than we expected. Very central to great hiking trails. We visited Silver Springs and Ranbow River state parks, they were just beautiful. The pool and hot tub were simply a great plus for us. The Condo was very clean and well equipped. Karen and Rob were excellent hosts. All of our neighbours were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The setting was perfect.We sat on the porch a lot looking at the River. Friendly people. The Withlacochee Bike Trail is nearby and other trailheads are within short drives. Several good restaurants,shopping close by . Inverness is a beautiful town to visit. Will definitely plan a stay here again.

Central Florida rocks! We had a great visit. Our condo was perfect for the two of us. Really nice stocked kitchen and bedding was higher end. Wished we could have stayed longer- owners were great to work with.

Fantastic unit situated on the pool over looking the river!! So much outdoor activities on surrounding springs and rivers! Very clean and friendly complex! Owners made the process so easy and very comfortable!

Little Piece of Paradise
We had a Fantastic stay at this rental . The Location is within a safe walking distance to many Restaurants & Attractions . The condo is very well equipped with everything you need . On a few occasions we cooked our own dinner , and ate outside admiring the beautiful view . The pool area is very clean , and very peaceful . As are the surrounding areas . Although we didn't meet the host they checked (via email ) on a few occasions to see if we were ok . They were also available if we were to need anything .

Awesome place on the water
Great one bedroom place with everything you will need. The place is spotless. Pool and hot tub right outside the door. If you like water activities this is the place to stay. The owners were available to answer all of our questions.

Beautiful songs of the south
We had a wonderful time and the owners were very helpful also. We were coming at the same time hurricane Elsa was going to visit. We almost cancelled but Rob got us some good information on what to expect. We are so happy we went. The complex is beautiful and extremely well taken care of by Steve (head of the HOA) The pool was right out the door for the kids. The people are so friendly. The sounds at night are like music. The widelife is everywhere. The river view from the unit is a blessing. Thank you for allowing us to stay and ringing another grandchild with us at last minute. Next stay just grandma.

Stayed for 9 nights. This is a very nice and comfortable place to stay at. Literally only steps from the pool and jacuzzi yet it was always still quiet. Grounds are impeccable and parking is very close as well. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
