Lovely holiday home which was clean. Great sight with everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful, will definitely go again.

Excellent location with numerous facilities for all of the family to enjoy. Caravan was an excellent price and catered for the family well. Passes included and excellent entertainment for all.

The caravan was very nice and clean.
There was a few things missing from the caravan like iron and ironing board and cleaning products.

We didn't use the actual facilities on site but noticed that there was plenty, swimming pool, launderette, and amusements.
Checking in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to park at the check in area easily and then very close to the caravan. The caravan itself was heated when we arrived, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were very impressed with the accommodation, especially for the price. A lot nicer than most of the hotels in the area!
We couldn't fault our accommodation at all but found Ingoldmells and Skegness to be very run down and in need of some TLC sadly, which seems the be the way with many British Seaside resorts now.

Caravan looked lovely online but had a strange smell all the time we was there there was public hair still on the sink in the toilet. There wasn’t hardly anything in the caravan not even a iron or ironing board not even a sponge to wash up. The location was fantastic as it was 5 mins away from the show bar but wasn’t as high standard as I expected it to be for the price
There wasn’t any basics in the caravan so it was a struggle having to run about finding things and it wasn’t very clean

Club not so friendly as grandchildren was there with my daughter in another van. Went in the club on site wasn’t child friendly

Lovely spacious van
Fire turned off when at room temperature, not enough pots and pans to cook a breakfast for 8 people. Could have been cleaner toothpaste all down out sides of sink.
TV worked fine but dvd on the TV wasn't working and our dvd got stuck inside.

Ample parks which was great for the kids,although most things was shut.
All in all a excellent week.
Nice and quiet yet only a short drive from the lively parts
