it was easy to find and in a really good location to allow us to explore the area. it’s very close to some excellent restaurants and bars and only a fifteen minute, casual stroll to the lake.
there is a slope in the ceiling of the room we stayed in and I kept banging my head, it’s a thick head though so no damage was caused and as that was the only thing, I’d be happy to recommend it

Beautifully cooked hearty breakfast, the hosts Steve & Caz could not do enough for us and the other guests. Property very tastefully decorated and comfortable

Steve and Caz are fabulous hosts and genuinely have your every need catered for, they cannot do enough for you and will help every way they can, I had forgotten my rucksack and Steve very kindly lent me one for the day, it is a very friendly home for home B&B, very modern, newly renovated and delicious breakfast. although you will need a good walk to work it off. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a home from home, warm and friendly B&B then this is the place. We will be returning as soon as we are able. Brill !!!!

Steve & Caz were fantastic hosts and nothing was to much to ask from them. My wife and I loved the themed rooms and the breakfast was an A star. The location was great and we will definitely be going back to the Hillsdale sometime in the next few months.

It was quiet, immaculate, great position, the secure parking was perfect and gave me piece of mind as I was travelling having bought a new car. If I owned a B&B this is what it would look like.

The best b&b we have ever stayed at. Lovely place and Caz & Steve's attention to detail was second to none- they clearly love their work. Great breakfast with choice over what you order. If we return to the area fir a few days, e'd definitely return.
