Loved our stay here - perfect location close walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Very safe area convenient to NYC. Stayed with my mom for a long weekend visiting friends. So much better than the local hotels. Great communication with the owner. Clean, great WiFi and cute decorative touches. Highly recommend!

Well maintained and cute. It is a residential area but the convenience is right around the corner.

My wife, toddler and I were visiting family, so we used this space as a home base, a place to retire for the evening. We were comfortable with the space and the Chromecast kept us streaming our usual shows. Felt like home. Jared is a family guy, polite, responsive and accommodating. The house is in walking distance to a good playground, bagels, pizza, and a very nice grocer. Street parking wasn’t bad, always had space close by.

We loved our accommodations! Everything was clean and ready for us on arrival. The space is on the second floor of a home (with its own separate entrance, no co-mingled spaces) in a charming, quiet neighborhood very close to the city and walking distance to about 5 really good restaurants and a nice market for food or forgotten supplies. It's a great location but even with all that, and a holiday weekend, we never had to look for parking. We were able to park in front of the house every time, day or night :) The photos don't show that there is a microwave and a coffee pot with coffee and a hot water kettle with assorted teas. The host was very helpful with any questions we had and tolerant of my 3 yo grandchild that could not keep from jumping up and down right above them... sorry Jared! We would definitely come back!

Jared's place is in a great location with easy access to NYC and plenty of food options within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Jared was a wonderful host and extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
