The home is so nice. Its very clean and cozy. The back dock overlooks the waters. On a clear day you can see Canada easy. You see lots of freighters in the distance and birds near the shore. Theres a sand bank that you can walk out on for quite a ways- if you're ballsy enough to get into the frigid water. But, no matter what you do outside, bring your bug spray and citronella candles! The internet is not reliable. There are games to play. There is a smart tv too- that takes internet. We took a dvd player and movies and that helped to pass the time. If youre over 6'3", beware of low doorways. My husband knocked his head on the low doorway from the master bedroom to the stairway several times. Definitely not an ideal place for super tall or extra large people. There is no A/C. Thankfully we didnt need it. But, it could be uncomfortable for some if the weather would get warm and humid. There's plenty of windows from all directions to help cool. The road the home is on is the main road to Whitefish point. You hear every loud vehicle and XUV driving by. But, you can hear the waves at night to help put you to sleep. Theres a working grill and stove. Plenty of firewood is provided by the owners. Any pot or utensil is available. Plenty of towels and toiletries. There wasnt anything that we needed that wasnt already provided. There's a lot of places to visit around the area and several places to do on shore fishing. Overall, we'd stay here again!

We snowmobiles from this location. Easy access to the trails. Our 35’ trailer and f350 truck just fit on the north of building. Great Lake views.

Wonderful view. Nice and clean place. Quiet.

Property was perfect. Actually better than advertised. This home is very well done inside and out. Very clean and modern. Nicely decorated and beautiful setting. The whole house was very well stocked with all the needs and supplies of everyday living. Larger kitchen with window overlooking the bay. Bedrooms furnished with comfy memory foam mattress. Large dining room. Very nice living room with sliders leading out to the deck just 15-20 feet from Lake Superior. Fire pit complete with firewood, chairs and utensils for s’mores and hot dogs!!! We loved the home so much we only left a couple times to go on excursions. Most of our time was spent sitting out on the deck or at the fire pit. Property manager did not communicate at all with us however we were fortunate enough to have everything we needed. Listing could be more complete with photos off the deck over the bay to give a more accurate depiction of just how close this home is to the water and spectacular views. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the U.P.

The place was clean, spacious, beds were extremely soft and comfy, all amenities were there so it was super convenient. Everything was a simple and smooth process. My whole family really loved it and had a great time. We’d love to stay again!

Clean and cute, with everything we needed. Grocery store just up the road.

The bathroom door would not slide closed. It needs some adjustment to allow it to slide. The internet was weak and usually did not work. TV did not function as it couldn't get internet. The electric fireplace stopped producing heat. Maybe we just were not using the remote correctly. The kitchen was nice and we were able to make meals with the food we brought.

Clean, updated cabin. Pics on listing don’t accurately portray the cabin’s modern look. Very nice place! Amazing views of the Bay from the kitchen! Spotty Wifi, little to no cell service so recommend uploading books/movies to devices prior to arriving. Bring a road map if you are unfamiliar with the area. Even though it was spotty, we still had service a good part of the time. Overall a quiet and a perfect place to disconnect.

Great location on Lake Superiors shore. Close to Tahquamenon Falls and Paradise Pathways. Warm and cozy on sub zero nights. Clean with good cookware and amenities.

First off, amazing views from the cabin and the property!!! I wished the listing would have stated that this property is part of the resort cabins and has the same address (more to come on that). I have nothing against resort cabins, I have stayed in many and they have been great! I was looking for a different experience and would never have booked if I knew it was part of the resort. I was quite frustrated when another guest who had rented on of the resort cabins came knocking on our door yelling that I am in their cabin that they paid for and we need to leave. We worked it out (which was good because they called the number for the reservation with no answer) but not quite the relaxing evening I expected. The next night while we were enjoying a fire another guest (actually his dog) from the cabins walks around the corner of the house heading towards us, once the owner realized that we were there he pulled the leash and they turned around but a little unsettling in the dark with only the light from the fire. Also on Saturday morning we realized there is a seating area for another cabin on the side of the property where the bathroom is located (without curtains). To my surprise there was a gentleman sitting there when I stepped out of the shower which again was just a little unsettling. Overall very cute place just a few minor changes in the check in process would make it a little nicer.

We had an excellent weekend watching the waters of Whitefish Bay and all the wonders that go with it. The property included anything you would need. Right in the middle of the many attractions of the Eastern U.P. Would recommend to anyone interested in unplugging and relaxing near the water.

This place is undersold. The pictures and description don’t really give it justice. Small piece of land. But somewhat out on a point, right on the water. From the kitchen table you look north towards Whitefish Point, seeing all water. Looking out the kitchen and living room window you can see Canada and all of Whitefish Bay. Fantastically updated older cabin. Seemed to be completely updated wiring. The kitchen has everything you need. Sunrise on the deck was fantastic. Getting down the rocks to swim in Lake Superior was a little difficult. But once you get into the lake there’s a giant sandbar about 100 yards out. It was only a foot deep on the sandbar. The only downfall to the rental is the WiFi is spotty at best. Just enjoy disconnecting from the world and embrace Paradise.

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare a meal any time of the day. The deck was wonderful and the water was cold but refreshing as usual. We hated to leave when the time came but we knew that once again the Paradise area performed its magic on our souls!
