It’s been past 14 days and I still haven’t received my deposit back.

The hotel was close to plenty of restaurants
I found trash in my bed and the noise from the guests in the room was beyond disturbing. The employees on both shifts did absolutely nothing to help or accommodate me

Was ok at best. Coffee was not satisfying, juice tasted like it was sour, nothing was marked as what it was, seemed as though folks not actually staying at the hotel were able to come in and get food and take it out. The staff and hotel were friendly and a decent stay, easy check in/out. Very friendly! Location good. During the first evening after our arrival, evidently someone got sick just outside the main entrance and it remained there overnight. Didn't quite understand why the coffee pot was in the bathroom also! But overall, at least 3-1/2 out of 5. Bed was comfy but pillows were a bit small and were mismatched. All different sizes...just weird! A/c worked and fridge worked. The room and accomodations suited for what we needed.

The facility needed painting and general cleaning services for better quality. The shower curtain had a towel in the stuck in it from previous guests

The breakfast was excellent like I was in a restaurant. Customer service was great All the way around!!!! Rooms were excellent!!!! Staff was great, friendly, warm welcoming and very hospitality. Love Love Love this hotel and this is my top place to stay.

The room was well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and clearly had clean/new sheets. Tons of pillows! The AC/heating unit was easy to use and kept the room nice a cool!
The shower curtain in the bathroom didn't appear to be wide enough for the shower opening so I felt like I was having to fight the curtain to keep the water inside.

i didn’t know there was a $100 fee on top of the regular price but i got my cash back as soon as i checked out.

Bed was very comfy.
--Loose/broken toilet seat.
--Visible black mold in bathroom.
--Bathroom fan very loud and came on automatically multiple times thru the night which continually woke me up.
--While eating breakfast, janitor mopped lobby floor with a very stinky cleaning solution.

I didn’t like the surprise extra $100 deposit when you check-in. And that I had a room just feet from the front desk that I think the employees stays in when working over night, everyone else was put on the other floors.
