The rental was VERY dated and needs a lot of up keep. No tv in the bedroom also. The room was clean. But it took me a couple of days to feel like we wasn’t going to pack something home with us. Overall an okay stay and neat history but more than likely won’t be my first pick when booking our next stay.

Well....i have to keep telling myself it was clean and on the beach and i only spent 1400 . Pictures are deceiving, very small. Dirty cat litter trail down the property, lawn not mowed, dilapidated deck and boardwalk to the beach. Most entertaining part of trip was watching home owner fight with tarp, to cover roof during a rain storm. But still it was clean. I still don't believe there was a queen bed, tight sleeping arrangements. They do supply towels but bring beach towels. Furniture is old, reminds me of what you would find at grandma's lake cottage but again it was clean and 1400 for the week. Would i stay again? Only if it was just a place to sleep, accommodations are too small for 4 people.

I must admit I was scared when I arrived. It took me until the next day before I started to feel comfortable. The house was very clean. The house keeper did an amazing job before our arrival. Where I was thrown was the age and neglect of the living room furniture. I’m all for vintage but the couch should have been replaced 5 yrs ago, it was broke down and very uncomfortable and the small chairs were rust stained. I was afraid to set on them. The main structure of the home itself (upstairs) was rotten and falling apart. A large portion of the roof had a tarp on it and looked like it had been damaged for a while. The deck had rotted in some spots and lots of siding and trim was missing from the outside. The amount of damage to the main structure made me worry about what else in the home had been neglected and how many bugs could be living above my head. It was definitely embarrassing to look at from the beach from all the disrepair of the home. To end on a positive, my little house was clean, the air conditioning worked very well, and it was on the beach. I would stay here again.

The location was ideal and the price was great, but the place could really use some sprucing up. The bedding was clean, but very old and tired, as was the furniture. The place just needs some major updating. The outside was not maintained and there was garbage, cigarette butts and there was a hole in the siding on the back of the house. In spite of all this, we enjoyed the beach and our stay.
