House is large with most amenities needed. It has a gorgeous view of the lake and the boat lift is a few short steps away. Kitchen is very accessible and has a good assortment of cookware and utensils.

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The place was great that is why we have stayed there several times. The only problem I had was that check in is to late and check out is to early.

Annually, we take our grown children and their families to either the Gulf Coast or a local lake for a long weekend. This house was perfect for that. The grands (4 kids from 7 to 11 years of age) loved this property and having their own big room. They fished for and caught at least a dozen perch. The dock was good for picking up and dropping off from our rented boat. The property is located fairly close to Splash Boat Rental. The parts of the house that have been renovated were well done. The only two things not renovated were the two standup showers. They we worked great and were clean and in good repair but were old and did not match the rest of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this busy stretch of LBJ.

House was very clean and very very good from inside. Owner has I believe renovated whole house. everything is was matching. can't ask for anything more. will defiantly recommend this to anyone.

We were looking for a place our family of Parents, Children and Grandchildren could go and feel safe during the pandemic. This house on LBJ was just that place. It appears to be recently remodeled, the finishes are modern and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We had plenty of bedrooms and a good size open concept kitchen, dinning and living room. We especially liked the double decker dock with the covered top deck . Some reviews mention issues with their boats, we rented a pontoon boat and tied it up on the side of the dock, we requested additional boat bumpers and didn't have any issues. The river is very busy in this location with a lot of waves hitting the dock so we used the boat lift for the jet ski we rented which kept it secure when not in use. We didn't have any problems during our stay and before we arrived the property manager was always quick to answer the few questions we had. We had a great family vacation.
