The accommodations were fantastic. The house was great, location superb, beach access, beautiful walks, Mauna Lani Coffee and a marketplace down the road, and more. Highly recommend.

We were steps from the awesome pool and short drive to the beach club to snorkel. Also just a few miles from Hapuna Beach, which is my favorite. Also very close to saddle road for a quick jaunt to Hilo. This is a no-brainer place to rent.

Loved this condo and will be back. The furniture was comfortable like real people actually own this place and have set it up for their enjoyment. It is well maintained. The pool is amazing and fun - even has a waterfall and cave. The grounds feel like you are in a botanical garden. I will come back to the big island just to stay here.

Great floor plan. Great location. Nicely decorated. All of that being said, the unit needs some refurbishing, e.g., repainting, replace tarnished fixtures and worn out furniture, especially the outdoor dining set. Had to request some maintenance work. Daisy was great; very responsive. Maintenance man was polite and mindful of our privacy.

We have stayed here numerous times, it's always great. The only thing is that the bedding and towels could use a refresh, they are getting long in the tooth.

The property was very roomy and came with all the amenities we needed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The pool was an amazing quiet and enjoyable spot to just lay out and unwind. The lanai was perfect for breakfast outdoors and also a great spot to read a book or have a cool drink. The property was nicely decorated and I would definitely look at this spot for our next vacation retreat.

This 2 bedroom is palatial and beautifully decorated. Lovely pool.My only concern was the 6:30 A M daily activity of the landscapers.
They were great about not starting noisy equipment til about 8 but several members o f the crew had high pitched voices and talked non stop from 6:30 on..This unit is adjacent to the area where the landscapers have their work depot.

The photos don't do the place justice. It is really beautiful, well appointed, well stocked and super comfortable. The location is ideal for getting all around the Mauna Lani area. We walked to Tommy Bahama for dinner and used the grill almost everyday to make yummy food to eat on the Lani. We have stayed at this complex before so we already knew how great the pool is. It is beautiful with a waterfall and a cave with the kids loved.
The beds were super comfortable and they had already set up the second bedroom with an extra bed for our third child which made it super convenient.
The water was very clean so we could drink right out of the fridge which saves on bottled waters.
Overall, I highly recommend to anyone who's looking. The value for the money is amazing, especially for Hawaii!

I asked the property manager Jordan if he knew of somewhere in that location that we could rent and he said he didn’t know. He was absolutely no help. On the other hand our Internet was out for 24 hours and Daisy another employee got it all fixed for us she was great. The decor could use a little update but other than that it absolutely served our purpose

That said, we quickly saw past those initial impressions. The property is really well stocked and very comfortable. It is also large. The downstairs living area is great for entertaining and family gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes and other cooking tools. My parents (who were renting another VRBO property on Mauna Lani) said they liked our rental, and would check in to renting it.

Could have been better
Overall, the stay was okay.
I am very familiar with this area since we have stayed at the Fairmont Orchid many times, so I knew the villa was in a nice location. However, would I stay here again? Probably not. There were too many "little" things that bothered me through the stay, for example, most cabinet doors need maintenance, the service area in the (BBQ) lanai was closed and abandoned-looking, the listing supposedly included access to fitness area/gear -not true, sleeps up to 6 people but only if you don't mind sleeping on an unstable inflatable bed, the carpet had a big stain and dirty-looking, and the list goes on...
The communication with Verb was cordial and fast but once we needed to reach out to the property manager via email and phone, their response seemed a bit rude (via email). They never responded my to my phone call, though.

Great Location in Mauna Lani Big Island of HI
We enjoyed our stay at this spacious two bedrooms townhouse with two lanais. There is a binder with extensive information about tours and activities on the Big Island, as well as information about the unit. We visited the volcano and did an awesome helicopter tour! We also spent a lot of time swimming at the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The water is warm and refreshing. Beach Club and Supermarket are close by. Tommy Bahamas restaurant is our favorite but we also used the outside grill for one evening dinner. I would highly recommend this place.
