The 22-acre property itself and the food at the restaurant.

The unit itself was crowded with worn out furniture i.e. mismatched sofas needed a towel or blanket to sit on because the "tropical" ones were nubby. Way too much knacknacks plus silk and plastic dust catcher plants everywhere. Lamps had cobwebs and dust; chandelier was thick with dust. Paint scraped everywhere, in fact lousy paint job everywhere. Living room had two couches + loveseat (massive), coffee table, broken wall unit, desk, entry table, dining table w/ 4 chairs + an extra dining chair. Bedroom had king bed, massive bedside tables, etagere, broken dresser, two extra dining chairs, plus massive chaise lounge shoved against window. Only decent room was kitchen. Entire place smelled of mold and bleach.

Location was great. Grounds were beautiful Nice pool and great beach. Good bar and restaurant. Lovely staff. TV only showed one chanell
