Enjoyed our stay here, it had everything we needed and was very close to the beach. Would recommend to others.

Fridge could be updated and was a little small but the rest of the space was perfect for myself, my wife and our 2 teenage children. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, spacious, and centrally located with access to many beaches within walking distance. Would recommend!

The property was beautiful, kitchen fully stocked with all cooking necessities. The chairs umbrella boogie board all extras and so nice to have! AC in bedroom was heavenly!

Check in was easy. Small amounts of soap suntan lotions and paper products to last a few days. Liked the dishes and glasses and some spices and coffee filters were available. A nonstick fry pan would be helpful Towels were great. Would be nice to have instructions for the TV and a few tips about its use. Washer and dryer were excellent. Bed a bit uncomfortable but not really bad as well as couch as it's better for taller people. Vacuum cleaner was used a lot due to some ash or something in the air from the volcano. Nice breeze comes through in the evening so air conditioner wasn't needed much

Great condo in a great location. We enjoyed the short drive and/or walk to nearby beaches and restaurants. The place was stocked with cooking supplies and spices, beach gear like a cooler, beach mats, chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie board. Everything you need for a nice vacation is here; no need to spend extra money elsewhere renting gear. The AC units in the living room bedroom were a nice added bonus. This place has it all!

Check-in was great and went smoothly. We appreciated the well- stalked kitchen and beach supplies. The bathroom and unit floors appeared to have been recently updated. It was a quiet location and the parking lot view was covered by trees. The condo was quite dark and some of the furnishings could use an upgrade. The air conditioners worked fine as well as the washer and dryer but they were all extremely noisy.The other thing we noticed was that the closets and night tables could use decluttering. This condo was good value for the price but we would probably not rent it again as we prefer a building 2 location closer to the beach. We also would be looking for a unit with newer furniture and more current decor.

This was a wonderful centrally located space. We had everything we needed and it was all listed in the description. Fridge occasionally makes a noise but not bothersome at all. All appliances worked well without any issues. Beautiful space, would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described. Check in/out was very straightforward and easy. One one morning we were paid a visit by a particularly rude property manager demanding to enter the property with several tradespeople for an "inspection" of some kind. She was completely unwilling to take no for an answer and eventually we allowed her to enter. This was rather uncomfortable and an invasion of our privacy.

Rentals Maui staff were very punctual in responses to emails and were nicely accommodating when we had to adjust the dates. The furniture is ok - main bed and Murphy are hard, lanai chairs are not the most comfortable and the bar stools are sagging/worn out. The beach equipment is a nice touch though it has also seen better days and would benefit from replacing soon. Overall a decently good stay for the price!

It was a simple process to book this VRBO I feel it could use a through cleaning once in a while.

The place was centrally located to our adventure in snorkeling, road to Hana, etc. I strongly recommend it!!

Great location can easily stroll into town and Charley Young beach right across the road is perfect for sunsets

A bit closer attention could be made to bring this unit more up to date.The good: Beautifully well kept area. Outside grounds and pool area were impeccable. Suite was a nice size and well appointed (dishes, cutlery, bbq tools, pots, pans, glassware). Plenty of towels for beach and pool use). Air conditioning was adequate albeit very loud.The not so good: The promo picture with the chairs on the patio looks very inviting, in reality those are the two most uncomfortable chairs there are and some thought to replacing them with something you can actually sit in and enjoy a coffee would be a great idea. The expectation to sweep and vacuum the property during stay and checkout is very reasonable but the broom and vacuum were so worn out they were pretty much useless. On first glance there appeared to be a well stocked cupboard full of beach items but when we went to use them, two of the four beach chairs were unusable, the other two were on their last legs, the beach umbrella was completely trashed so we bought a new one and left it for future guests. I would suggest that none of these items are being checked between guests. Washer and dryer work ok but seem unlooked after. Fridge works but door seal needs replacing. Vents in the shower were filthy and don't appear to be cleaned as needed.

This was our first time using VRBO and using a condo in Maui. The process was easy and everything was efficient and done well in terms of check in/out and communication. The location was central in Kihei and had access to anything we needed (food, beach, entertainment). The few minor things I would have wanted addressed are that the beach umbrella was broken (and likely not reported) so when we went to the beach we were unable to use it. Also the cleaning team missed spots under the couch and a few other places which mattered to us because we had an infant and toddler on the floor a lot. Having said that it was clean overall and had a well stocked amount of everything you’d need for your stay from entertainment to kitchen and cleaning supplies. Ultimately we’d recommend this well decorated unit and would stay there again

The appartment was really nice. Near the beach and store. The special thing that we really like about the appartment was all the beach stuff available. AC in the bedroom and in the living room was perfect. We arrived very late but check in was very easy. We recommand the appartment !!

This place was just alright. Nothing outstanding but also nothing bad. They were installing a dish washer during our stay which was a bit weird to have a giant dish washer box in the living room for 2 days and then a maintenance man working around us on day 3. Odds of having that happen on your trip are slim (I hope).

It was as described and walking distance to everything which was what we wanted since we did not rent a car. Place was clean and it was great to have access to the beach chairs and mats - very quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall... Fans needed. (as to prevent use of A/C) TV in bedroom needed. Pans are easy to clean but food stuck too easily; burned quick if no oil or butter.
