Staff friendly....
No welchair friendly...no pets friendly...5 adults to sleep in 10 square metre( 3 girls and 2 boys) unacceptible....not selfcattering...one bathroom.. fishing facility 2 km away...one word...... dissaster.

The location
The room was not clean, i found eye lashes of previous visitor on my headbord and the old tv and furniture. Self catering should have a zink to wash/rings cuttlury and stove. No dstv channels. Kids bed has a dangerous nail/screw exposing danger. The message that said, i wont gain anything complaining on social media shows owners know their apartment if poor condition but only worried complain will make potencial customers cancel

Friendly, ready to assist staff. The place is near places of interest
No place to hang clothes, rules very strict e.g no alcohol allowed I rooms. Items priced if you break them (spoiling the mood of the holiday), payment for ordinary parking area( Not courtesy)

I liked nothing. My stay there was the biggest mistake I ever made.
I was robbed off by the House manager Jaques.Booked and paid for 2 Bedrooms apartment and was squashed in 1 room.

Location was great and stay was great.
No cupboards to hang clothes, pool should be allowed at anytime,check out time not discussed or advised on arrival. No undercover parking for the price that was paid.
