We had technical difficulties with up stairs TV couldn’t get them working and Dry was not working but owner went above and beyond gave us a free night so I just did laundry at a local spot. No problem. Great rental five stars

This house was perfect for a relaxing family weekend at the beach, with all the comforts you need to make the stay easy with young children. The house was clean and beautiful, and the screened in porch was an ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach or pool. We would definitely bring our family back here! Check in was easy and the house was spacious and comfortable.

We rented this beautiful house! The house met all our needs and we loved it! The place was clean and we had plenty of space for our 5 family members and one 22-month old granddaughter! The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was awesome and brand new, the screened in porch was an added feature so we didn’t have to worry about our granddaughter venturing off! Another great feature was the ice machine and wine cooler which we loved. The swimming pools were very accommodating and we used them everyday. We ride our bikes everyday in this nice safe community. Our host, Will, was the best and got back to us immediately with any questions we had. All in all we loved the house, the location and our host!!!

My family and I found this place to be perfect for us. It was a spacious well equipped quiet family rental in an extremely nice and quiet neighborhood. It was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and Northside Park. The open floor plan and modern kitchen downstairs provided us with all we needed for family dinners. The bedrooms were also just what was needed for the family. The screened in front porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Communication was outstanding from booking to check-in. We are already looking forward to renting it again next season!

This was a great place to stay! Super clean and communication with Will was superb! Loved the screened porch and kitchen area. Plenty of seating for everyone! There’s also a cute little table on the upper level that has a cool view of the bay. Definitely recommend!

Great home!
Me, my husband, 3 kids (7,6,3) and my mom and aunt all stayed for a week and had a great time! The property was very nice, it was easy to get in touch with the owners, and it’s an awesome location! We usually stay ocean side in a condo, but now we are bayside all day!

Great house in good location
My family of six enjoyed our stayed at the house. The house is comfortable and spacious enough for all the kids to be in the three upstairs bedrooms and us in the downstairs master. The neighborhood is cute. Close to the beach. Wifi worked well. There were a couple of maintenance issues that the owners took care of. Definitely recommend it.

Fun stay in a newly built house in a very quiet section of North Ocean City. All of the accommodations were as described in the listing, and had plenty of housewares and cleaning supplies to make our stay comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent and took care of a small maintenance issue same day. Thanks.

Great place for an extended family vacation!
The property was beautifully updated and decorated, with a great common area layout for a large group. I stayed here recently with my husband and 2 kids, and a bunch of our extended family (brother, cousins, etc.). It was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together, cook breakfast in the mornings, etc. The screened front porch was a lovely place to hang out at night. The host had several items stocked at the house so you don't have to pack them, like grilling supplies and beach supplies (boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.). The host was very quick to respond whenever we had a question about the home. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Amazing stay!
This was the first time my family had ever been to ocean city, md so we were unsure where to book a place. I am so glad we found this home!! The house was stunning, clean, and had just the right amenities. It was just perfect! The location was perfect…nice, clean, friendly neighborhood close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Safe for bike riding and walking distance to the pier on the bay. It was about a 15 min drive (no traffic) to the boardwalk, but we preferred the quiet of this neighborhood. Will, the property manager, was easy to connect with and responded to any questions immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat 💗
