Bill & Crystal are wonderful hosts and people, very responsive before and during the rental. They have thought of everything to ensure you have a delightful stay at Bird St, and on the Vineyard, even sharing a long list of their favorite spots all over the island. The property is as advertised in the description and pics. The home is clean and comfortable, with meaningful family touches and amenities galore. Making meals indoors (so many kitchen appliances) and outdoors (grill, fire pit, and patio) was easy and fun for kids (think waffles and s’mores). TVs, home entertainment, and Wi-Fi were great, too. The location is the best of both worlds - a quiet neighborhood retreat yet walking distance to OB’s Circuit Ave, restaurants, shops, and beaches. We’ve been to the Vineyard many times before and would definitely add this to the list of places to return. Thanks again, Bill & Crystal!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at 1 Bird Street. The house was beautiful, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. The location is walking distance to OB. Particularly appreciated the walk-thru with Bill and Crystal and learning a little about their family history. The family quilts and artwork were beautiful. They were responsive to our calls and wanted to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for wonderful stay.

We had a blast in Oak Bluffs! The location was very close to the heart on the community and the home and amenities were great. I would certainly do this again.

Bill and Krystal are terrific hosts who think of all the little things, like a portable Bluetooth speaker, beach chairs, games and lots more. The house was perfect for our party of 8. The home was modern and very comfortable. And the WiFi was great! Very spacious with warm accents and wonderful lighting. The outside spaces were a delight to spend our evenings, including the outdoor shower which made coming home from the beach an easy process. We look forward to returning next year!

Second year staying here and it did not disappoint! Highly recommended place for the whole family!

Bill and Crystal are amazing hosts!! No wonder they are premier hosts!!! They both welcomed us on our arrival.. a wonderful homemade sweet potato pie was in the oven- which we savored during our stay. Delish!!! This set the tone for our vacation with our 2 teenaged boys- family time is the best time. We received great tips on where to eat, rent bikes- such a warm welcome- felt like family. Best things about their home: CLEAN!!!CLEAN!!CLEAN!!! AMENITIES!! Close to the beach, the list goes on and on. Loved it!! Look forward to returning next year.

Hosts could not have been more lovely and helpful to set us up before the week and while we were there. We have rented 20 + homes and first time I can genuinely say that our hosts made this feel like our own home. The house was very clean and comfortable, with every possible amenity you could need for a great week at the beach. Excellent !

My family and I have always wanted to travel to Martha's Vineyard. We thought this home looked great and decided to book it. The property delivered as advertised...updated, clean and spacious. We wish all vacation homes were this well equipped, they thought of everything. In addition, the yard and landscaping were amazing. The owners were easy to communicate with and gave helpful local suggestions. We loved our week here and made it our home!

Our stay was perfect in every way! My wife and I stayed with our two adult children in their 20's and their significant others for 1 week. Bill and Crystal were incredibly welcoming and helpful! We have rented often, and they are the best hosts we have ever met! The house is beautiful, immaculate and incredibly well set up. The kitchen is very well appointed with every possible appliance and the grill is terrific. The bedrooms are large, and having 3 full baths (including with 2 within 2 master suites) and the terrific outdoor shower was so perfect for us! The location is also perfect, with a 15 minute walk (3 minute bikeride) to Circuit avenue (center of town), two town beaches (Inkwell and Eastville) under 10 minutes on the bike, easy access to the bike path to state beach, easy access to the bike paths leading elsewhere on the island, a nearby convenience store (Tony's) open late with most of what we needed, and even close to the Oak Bluffs arts district which has 5 or so really nice galleries! We had previously stayed in Edgartown and this was our first time in Oak Bluffs, and we loved it here! We biked twice to Edgartown (once to Chappy) and also once to Long Point, and even biked to see a production of Macbeth at the Vineyard Haven amphitheater! We had such a terrific time here, and hope to come back as soon as we possibly can. Wow!

Their place is beautiful and the small personal touches they added really make the house feel like home. Every room is comfortable, all of the appliances and extras are amazing and from the moment you enter the house you can feel the love and care they poured into every nook and cranny. The location is perfect, walking distance to the gingerbread houses and OB Center, and their yard is the best place to hang out after a day at the beach or if your looking for a quiet night in. I could go on more about what a great job they did but its best you see for yourself... you cannot loose renting from them or staying in the bird house!
