По сути это квартира 1+1 (спальня + гостиная совмещенная с кухней). В комнатах висят кондиционеры, есть 2 балкона, кухня оборудована газовой плитой, чайником и небольшим холодильником. В самом здании есть лифт. Парковка на небольшой улице за отелем, может не быть мест. На стойке регистрации была приветливая девушка, но к сожалению английского и тем более русского она не знает, приходилось объясняться на пальцах. В принципе так как проблем не возникало то и пальцев хватило для решения вопросов заселения/выселения. Минутах в 15 пешком находится большой торговый комплекс - СаяПарк. Там же продуктовый супермаркет Мигрос и банкоматы большинства турецких банков. В здании отеля есть неплохое кафе. Но если в первый раз мы были в восторге, то уже через месяц отметили, что порции стали меньше, а цены выше.
В гостиной стоял стол со стеклянными столешницами, одна из них отколота и мы опасались, что ребенок поранится. Хозяевам стоит заменить стекло. Ещё было бы не плохо смазать петли входных дверей потому что они ужасно громко скрипят и весь этаж слышит этот звук.

At first they gave us a room where the air conditioning didn't work. After a lot of negotiation and discussion I managed to get another room with functioning air conditioning. I was annoyed.

many things a broken or stale: nonworking teapot(hotel fixed it), very old unpleasant towels, napkins to shut up hole of peephole, only warm water(hot is impossible), non-working washing machine, broken hanger in bathroom, very long check-in( 1 hour in the evening)

Prices are not expensive and very good location. You got everything with walking distance.
Water is cold everywhere except shower.

Dirty kitchenware. Electric kettle was broken. WiFi not working, always loses connection. Very loud place. Old furniture and plumbing in bad condition. No airheater in bedroom.

the apartment was fine if you compare with price is not look like lux apartment but the reception of apartment was so helpful. Just need some change in shower and windows looker and light.

Really big appartment for this price. Comfortable and big bed. Everything was clean upon arrival. The staff didn't speak English very good, but with translating apps it was good to understand them. Even arriving in the middle of the night wasn't a problem. Shopping mall (x2), boulevard and restaurants all on walking distance.
The shower could use a manual. Somehow we managed to get warm water out, but stopped working the last couple of days. no lighter to turn on the stove. The appartments are next to a big road, so it can be noisy during rush hour.

The apartments are big with very nice view and balcony. Given the price any shortcoming can be easily forgiven.

Everything here is beautiful and clean and the rooms are great
Everything is great, especially the people here are always smiling and very comfortable.
I'll definitely be back to this place in winter because the city here is very hot and humid in summer.
