I was between a 3 and 4 star for the following reasons: Pros: -The condo is very comfortable and spacious. - The location on the beach is fantastic. It is a bit away from the busier touristy areas, so it felt quieter, while still being close enough to enjoy the restaurants in those areas. -The heated pool was a huge plus, as the Gulf was quite cold while we were there. Cons: -There were little ants all over the kitchen and guest bathroom. -The owner did not leave a folder/binder with important and helpful information (e.g., check-out procedures, favorite local restaurants, street car info, local events, etc.). I realize most of this can be found with a Google search, but I always appreciate the "insider" info. - I had two packages (beach toys) shipped to the unit after confirming with the owner that this would not be an issue. Neither package arrived, and the condo property manager confirmed that this was a common issue. - The biggest issue we had is that the individuals in the neighboring unit are heavy smokers, who seemed to spend most of the day on their balcony smoking. This made it impossible for us to spend any time on the gorgeous balcony, or even have the doors open. I know that this is beyond the owner's control , but it was still very disappointing.

Perfect location. Excellent property. Host left supplies for your stay (toiletries, paper towels, dish soap etc). There was actually more room than we anticipated! Would love to stay again.

Gorgeous location, private beach. Condo had EVERYTHING, from all kitchen essentials, beach and bathroom towels, beach umbrella and chairs. Had zero issues on our 7 day stay. The patio overlooks the most beautiful ocean view, and we spent most of our time on the beach right in front of the building. There was a guard checking on us at the pool after the beach and that was very comforting for 2 gals traveling alone. I will be booking this condo again. The front room with twin beds was a little warmer than the rest of the condo, but that was due to the proximity of the hallway and AC units right outside. Both bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms which was so convenient. RUN don't walk to rent this property!

Pros: extra keys, beach and pool access, private and secure, in and out access easy, beach chairs, umbrellas, and skim boards provided a plus and a pleasant surprise! Full kitchen with coffee maker made for nice meals in with family. Air conditioning was perfect as well! Trolley access right outside the condo was great and provided daily transportation to Clearwater Beach and all It had to offer, including restaurants and attractions. The view was stunning!! Caught a couple if beautiful sunsets. Cons: No extra trash bags supplied, dirty sponges from previous guests with no new ones available for new guests, drawers in kitchen should be cleaned out (dirty cutting boards and other misc items), closet with beach item was packed and had rusted/broken items, sliding glass door to balcony off the TV room was broken, master bedroom had stains on sheets and pillow cases, bathrooms need some updating. We had an amazing time as a family (2 teenagers)!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Great size, wonderful location, but, dirty shower, dirty washcloth left in shower, no cold water in bathroom hall. Dirty sheets, pillows not fresh. No trash bags, no toilet paper, watered down dishwashing liquid. Left over coffee left in pot was molded. Ice maker not working.
