It was a cosy little place and good location.

It had many rodents. When I first walked in, there was a mouse in the kitchen on top of the bread that was provided. I called the manager and was told it happens every year. This is not acceptable for the price we paid per night.

The underfloor heating was on from early afternoon even though it was a warm 27 degrees, we couldn’t switch it off

Walking distance to main road for cafes & restaurants, very close to the Barossa

Breakfast amenities were really good for two people, The place was nice and cosy just what we wanted and in walking distance to sites and eating facilities of the town. The place was very clean and bed really comfortable would stay there again.

Maybe a window you could leave open at night.

Only a small fridge - freezer did not work, no space for ice . Maybe ok for one night but not 3 nights if you can’t keep things cold. Although it said entire apartment all 3 units are all together and you share the outside area. No real privacy. Bathroom needs update and attention to detail in the way the unit was presented. (Bedding and pillows of second bedroom )Food supplies were in abundance and really good, but without a proper Fridge hard to do anything with it if you are only two and don’t eat that much in one go☹️

Amazing breakfast provisions

Great location. Aircon works great even on 36 degree day. Smokey bacon for breakfast was great

The location , having a garden to sit in was lovely. A breakfast was provided for us to cook. Close to town. Very large bedroom and comfy bed. Parking space off road.

Could have done with another lamp in the sitting room.

THE BREAKFAST SUPLYS WERE MORE THAN GENEROUS, EVERYTHING WAS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY.THE BACON WAS THE BEST WE HAVE TASTED. THE COTTAGE IS AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT.AND WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. IT WAS REALLY NICE TO SEE THE EFFORT THAT WAS PUT INTO MAKING YOU FEEL WELCOME .ESPECIALLY THE BOTTLE OF WINE AND DECANTER OF PORT. LOL. JUST LOVELY.

IF I COULD PICK ONE THING,IT WOULD BE THE CHAIR IN THE LOUNGE ROOM.MY HUSBAND HAS A BAD BACK AND HAS TO LAY DOWN.SO THAT ONLY LEAVES THE SINGLE CHAIR. AS THE CHAIR IS HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE IT COULD BE REPLACED WITH A RECLINER. ALSO I MIGHT SUGGEST A SECOND TV IN THE BEDROOM.

It was cheep and the atmosphere was all right.

When we arrived there, nobody was there. We were buffed by not knowing what to do.

Exceptional accommodation with many added extras. Easy walking distance to the attractions and restaurants on the main street. Wonderful to be able to have the use of a washing machine while travelling.

Location is superb, walk to the main drag. We loved the history of the place, which was on a flyer on the coffee table. Provisions were fine and overall a piece of Barossa history

Floors were a bit squeaky. But it's a very old place and it's being picky. Toilet door was very low, but once again, it hasn't been changed from when it was built.

The cottage is close to everything local and where you want to be. The extra touches at the cottage makes you feel at home. Fresh produce for breakfast, comfy bedding, heated flooring and extra towels are just some of the additions we noticed. We had a lovely stay and will highly recommend to our friends.
