The room was good
There was nothing for shower like shampo or body wash

It’s functional for a short stay, has basic kitchen utensils and a fridge and it’s clean
We booked 2 rooms for our party and were placed in to separated buildings about 5 min walk
The door system don’t fell so safe as anyone with the code could enter (and it was the same in both apt)
The room is an apartment split in 3 parts, so it’s not very cozy

The location is good. 8min walking from the train station, where there are many other means of transportation. The area is ok, but many supermarkets and fast food locations.
The building is not bad and I used to have sun in the desk and bed in the morning, very pleasant :)
Communication is something I value a lot. They took long periods to reply and, and they did, they did not answer what I needed. Also, they mentioned in my welcome email that I couldn't use the washing machine in their other flat in the same building. Why that? I knew mine had no washing machine. Why reminding me of that and mentioning the other one has it?
To open the building door for the first time, I had to make a phone call to have the door unlocked. What if I didn't have a phone working in Austria? Many foreigners don't.
There was a big frame of a naked woman on the wall. They don't know who will stay there, so they should be neutral and respectful to everyone.
And I need to mention the lights. In the kitchen and in the bathroom they have sensors and turn on/off automatically. Not only they did turn off sometimes while taking a shower but, even worse, they used to turn on during the night and I couldn't sleep. Weirdly enough, it used to turn on when it was windy outside (I really would like to understand this relation). The bathroom had a window to the room, right where the bed is (right above my head). There was a curtain, but a thin one, so the light used to scare me off all the time :(

It was a nice little studio made of the regular flat split into three studios. Mine had a wash machine that was a great plus. The 'unmanned' check-in was well organized.
While the transport connection to Wienna from Florisdorf U-Bahn/S-Bahn station was very good, it took probably five minutes more to get there from the appartment than one would desire. It is obviously about the value for money, and the location was of course shown at the Booking map, but overall, this one is not exactly a downtown place just next to the transport stations and such.

The apartment is really nice and fully equiped, even better than as on pictures. Staff is also very kind and they were available for all questions and needs.

Good Location. The apartment is in a typical Austrian building. Check in and check out went smoothly. Clean apartment.

A very comfy and equipped space for staying several days. You can cook or heat the food, make coffee/tea, iron clothes (very important especially if you go to a conference/business meeting). Several supermarkets nearby. Convenient to go to the airport (Floridsdorf 10-15 min). Located in a quiet Austrian house.
The liquid soap provided by the host could be better, as well as the accommodation for short stay would benefit from some simple things that would be present in the apartment (like, some sugar/salt/coffee filters) since it is not rational to buy a big package for a couple of times of use. However, I would still stay in this apartment during my next time in Vienna - it is really comfy.

Everything was really nice! Just a bit of confusion on arrival as the check-in adress changed with the reserved one. It wasn't really a problem anyway.

I just arrived to the apartment that I rented AJO and my surprise AJO entered for installed a microwave without my permission when I left for a moment by academic reasons.
AJO has to know when somebody rent a appartment nobody have to entered without authorization of the person who rent the appartment.
AJO or your employements have entered to the department and have review my personal documents, made a mess to the electric machines and my clothes like if their searched something.

I literally felt like home!!! I never had such feeling. it is sooo cozy and convenient! I got to know floor neighbors. 7 min of walk from floridsdor! very calm! internet is fast, I worked very freely!

The location is near tram station. A little bit far from the city but for the room facilities and the price it is worth it. There are several supermarket nearby. Going from/to airport is easy as you could go to the florisdorf station and take s7 for cheaper option without need for transit. The room is clean and have probably everything you need. The kitchen have sufficient tools and tableware.
Have problem when first entering the building as it didn't work as instructed but someone lived in the building help opening the front door.

location and the beds were nice. it is a very warm flat.
Cleanliness: I saw 3 big spiders during my one week stay. Pots were not clean.
Communication: I booked 3 weeks of stay before the lockdown in Austria was announced. After the announcement I called the property to ask if there is any way to rearrange my booking. They told me to send an email. They won’t reply via phone. Then I sent an email and never received a reply. At the end I stayed only for a week but paid for 3 weeks. This should be okay if they replied my email at all.

The location is ok, not that far away from Florisdorf stations.
I was staying in a room “1”.
1) contactless check in didn’t work, it didn’t let me in the building from the street. I was in Austria with my Russian phone number with expensive roaming, and arrived on time according to instructions when contactless check in could be carried out without involving the staff. It didn’t work and I had to spent around 5 minutes on the phone with staff trying to figure out how can I come in. They didn’t help, some nice person from the building let me in.
2) room 1 is the closest to the entrance, and I’ve heard everyone who was coming in and leaving for another rooms - no sound isolation at all due to wholes between doors and the floor. Only possible to sleep with ear plugs.
3) the mattress is not comfortable - it gets lower than wooden boarders of the bed which disturbs when you leave the bed
4) impossible to sleep on these pillows (lead to neck and head aches), see the picture
5) towel was washed but still looked dirty. This doesn’t look like an expensive towel in the first place, so I don’t understand why just not to replace it for a new guest.

All of the things is good but wifi. The wifi was crash and couldn't be connected at the last day of my stay.

Quiet and peasful place. Comfortable bed and bathroom. There are shops and good transport.
If you want you can walk along the Danube. Floridsdorf is nice. Good internet : )

The guidlines are quite streight Forward and the Location is not bad.
Actually, it is an appartment in the building that someone make as a room. But for this Money its ok. I just did not like that checkin time is at 15:00 and not before.
