I would rate this property at a 2/5 stars. When we arrived we noticed the “cabin” was not a cabin at all but a single wide trailer. I don’t have anything against trailer homes but it would have been nice to see that in the description of the property. It was 80-85 degrees in the home, we turned the AC down and closed all the doors thinking it would cool off. We were there for 2 hours and the thermostat didn’t move. I did contact the property owner and he agreed to take a look. But we ultimately decided to rent a hotel room, which we were so much more comfortable in! We unfortunately won’t be booking this property again

This house was only 2 min from the lake and a boat ramp. It was the perfect size and the use of the kayaks was such a fun perk. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week. Its a great location! A great porch to hang out on. The dogs in the yard are friendly and love to say HI. Its a quick walk or drive to the beach. If you come at the right time(June/July)you can do a you pick blueberries about a block down the road at Barrow Berries. The hosts were very helpful all week and gave recommendations of things to do. There were only a couple of things. We got 1 roll of tp and a half roll of paper towels for the week so I had to go buy my own, no biggie. There is a dollar general down the road. There were some dirty dishes that I had to wash before I used, but I could just be picky. The big one was wifi. Non wifi. I do hope they do get their wifi services extended soon. It was a little rough on my phone bill having to use our data with 2 teenage kiddos. We would definitely stay again though. Definitely recommending to others. Great host family!

Birthday weekend
The property was comfortable, convenient clean and the location was perfectly near everything! Management was always readily available if we needed anything. There wasn’t a need for much except a wine opener which they quickly provided. It had all of the amenities that we needed for an excellent birthday weekend! Thank you guys for such a pleasant stay! We will continue to refer for future stays.
