Our stay was wonderful and all the little details were great, including a Bluetooth speaker that we had forgotten to pack.
Only complaint would be the couch bed. Sinks in the middle, would be nice with an actual bed since it is in a private room.

Home was very well stocked. Grocery store was nearby. The location was good, within 15 minutes my friend and I were downtown, toured the Arts District, Biltmore Village, took a ride North on the Blue Ridge Parkway for spectacular views and went to a nature center very close to the home. I must say the audio tour and the gardens of the Biltmore Estate was the highlight of our visit.
Suggestions: GPS works perfectly to find the home and for directions; Tips would be good to find free TV; offer a better list of restaurants, sports bars and take out. Repairs needed on a seam on one of the throw pillows in the living room and the lantern led is not working, There should be a covering on the front door because you can see right in at all hours.

We had an amazing time, this is a beautiful property with all the amenities that we need it. The only thing I didn't like was the front door at night I felt like we had no privacy. Overall everything was perfect.

Our family had a wonderful getaway to Asheville for Christmas & made even more relaxing with this modern little cabin. Long Grass View was exactly as it was protrayed -- very CLEAN & tidy & comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, (I definitely appreciated the extra detergents provided.), comfortable beds, & the house has a good functioning layout with the two extra bedrooms downstairs. It was very COLD the first few days we were there so I was worried about freezing pipes, but we had zero issues. My husband loved using the back porch to relax on.
Management was fairly easy to communicate any questions or concerns with which I really appreciate! This place is about 10 minutes west of downtown Asheville and once you get used to the curves, it is easy to get around to places! We had the best time!!

What a great get away to Asheville. This property is centrally located to everything and a short drive to downtown. The beds were a dream and kitchen is well stocked with nice added touches . Highly recommend !

This property was gorgeous! The online listing was extremely accurate, and the house was very clean/spotless. My family and I really enjoyed the back deck, which had enough chairs around the table to accommodate all of us. Plus, the views from the back deck were phenomenal. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had every appliance you would need for a short stay. More importantly, we were granted early access to the house (at 2 pm vs 4 pm) which was really nice. Overall, it was a cute house and we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, fresh, new and comfortable. But several things that would make this an even better place to stay.
1. There need to be more places to hang wet towels. There is only one medium sized towel rack in each bathroom. There needs to be either a second towel rack or a hook on the back of the bathroom door. The doors are very thin so the hook may need to hang from over the top of the door.
2. The dishwasher is not attached to the counter. If you put more than a couple of dishes in it and have the bottom rack out, the dishwasher tips out into the kitchen.
3. There was a moldy coffee filled filter in the coffee maker. Might be good to remind the cleaning staff to check that when they clean between rentals.
4. It would be good if all of the soaps and laundry detergents were fragrance free. Some people are very sensitive to fragrances.
5. It would be great to add retractable window coverings on the windows in the kitchen and the door to the deck.
6. We couldn't figure out how to turn the ice maker on.

The house is well supplied with all new kitchen items. Very clean and the beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The property is about 8 minutes from the main highway and about 15 from downtown Asheville. We ordered dinner take out one night from Pomodoro Italian Restaurant and the food was delicious. The only down fall is that from the main bedroom you can hear the cars passing at night if you are a light sleeper but this should not hold you back from staying at this beautiful new home.

I slept downstairs with my son and my parents slept upstairs and did mention some road noise in their room but I didn't hear anything on the second level. That's the only complaint we had, the bedroom that leads to the patio does make some noise when trying to open but that's an easy fix! Overall highly recommend staying here! Thank you!

Everything you need for a family retreat was provided . We didnt get time to fully utilize the outdoor amenities which had a deck, table and chairs, gas grill, and firepit,(firewood provided)! Thanks to the host for providing snacks, coffee and paper products as we checked in late and didn’t get a chance to shop!

Loved having 3 bathrooms for 5 girls. Few issues: door on bedroom with pull out ‘sticks’ so when that person tried to get out of her room early am it woke the people in second bedroom up. We did not close that door afterwards. Shower in lower level bathroom has a caddy suctioned to tile inside shower that made it very hard to have room to move. I would suggest moving the caddy to the back side of shower instead. Over all a great stay.

We stayed for five days while visiting Asheville. The location was great for us with a rental car, as we were able to get around easily without being too far away. The house still has it’s new house smell and was the cleanest property we’ve ever rented! Beds were comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The house is off of a 35mph road, so there is some traffic sounds if you’re sitting outside, but nothing obnoxious. We were super pleased with this house and definitely recommend it.
