We picked a great week to stay at the property. It was super quiet and the beach was wide open which was perfect for beach combing after the storm that blew through. The condo was very nice and a great location. The updates in the condo were well done and it had a very good feel. Having 3 bedrooms and 4 beds turned out perfect for our adult family of 5. Would definitely stay here again and Beth was very prompt to reply to any questions.

We had a great time staying here. Three bedrooms, two full baths for a family of 5. Everything we needed was here. Oceanfront, quiet, walkable area. We would definitely stay here again. Updated and clean, exactly what we were hoping for when we booked. Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful property, right on the beach- beautiful sunsets and morning walks - got to see dolphins and manatees, sea rays and sea horses. Relaxing and beautiful.

Our family of 6 had an amazing time! The condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. This was our second time staying at Sea Oats and will definitely be back. The communication with the condo owner and management company were top notch and greatly appreciated!!! Thank you both for making our stay wonderful ❤️

We had an amazing vacation! The condo was very nice, it was clean and had all the amenities we needed and some. The beach is clean and not crowded. The pool area is cleaned daily and kept nice. The only thing I would've liked to be different was the patio furniture. It wasn't very comfortable or something you can relax on and watch the beautiful sunsets. I would definitely book again!

overall impression of general property...average. overall impression of this specific unit...SUPERB! we had switched to this unit after realizing a pre-chosen unit a family member picked would not work for us. Found this unit on my own and couldn't be happier with Beth's hospitality, unit cleanliness, and availability of anything we needed on site. three other units rented from family all proved to be sub-par compared with ours and we were just thrilled. property well maintained and some owners seem to really vest time and hard work into the overall conditions...kudos to those peeps. thank you to Beth and her team...Mary and Andrew.

We had everything we needed for a family Thanksgiving at the beach !! There is a well stocked kitchen for meals and plenty of room to eat & relax. The beds are all super comfy. The full size washer/dryer is great !! The beach chairs are already there along with plenty of towels . This was our second year staying in this unit and we definitely plan to make it an annual event.

From start to finish Beth and Mary were great to deal with, the accommodation was spotless and well equipped for all 6 of us.
The bedding was noticeably of good quality as were the furnishings, many other places we stayed in on our 7 week vacation were not, it is the small details that make a big difference to us. Great beach access, location for shops and good quality restaurants, I have a feeling we will stay again in the not to distant future.

Excellent location
Third time staying at Seaoats but first time in this unit. Condo was very well maintained and updated. Lots of room and easy access to beach, the pool wasn't overly crowded most days. Mary, the property manager super easy to work with and responded promptly when needed. Redington Beach over all is perfect for us as it's very low key but still only about 20 minutes if you prefer the activities from Clearwater.

This condo was thoughtfully supplied with books, family/beach games, chairs, beach umbrellas, cooking/dining supplies, towels, etc. Both owner and rental manager are delightful, communicative, and helpful. The pool deck is directly below the balcony with the beach directly behind it. This made family (toddler) trips back and forth easy. The location was also a plus. A family focused location that afforded us a quick drive to our favorites in Clearwater all the way down to St Pete.

Perfect location for a girlfriend getaway! Quiet, clean, steps from the sand. Updated and comfy and was exactly as shown. Easy access to beach and pool as well as coded entry to home. Owner was very helpful with things to do and places to eat. Would definitely stay again.

The most amazing part is the view — INCREDIBLE and BREATHTAKING!! Communication with the owner and property manager was always prompt and accommodating. Mary, who manages the property, was so attentive. She checked in on us and answered our calls and texts immediately, then even after we left to make sure our stay was perfect. We’ve stayed in Florida before, but this was THE BEST we’ve ever experienced as far as VRBOs. Loved the local restaurants and everything the area has to offer. Plus - dolphin viewing right from the balcony - nothing can beat that! Things to grab on your way in to the condo would be trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dish soap (although Walmart’s not a far drive). Don’t worry about spending a day doing laundry and an endless list of things to accomplish before checking out - not required here! Everything about our stay was perfect, seriously. We can’t say enough amazing things about this property, the owner, and the manager. They knocked it out the park with this property!

We loved the condo, it was very tastefully remodeled and decorated. The location was awesome and the direct gulf front balcony with beach views was gorgeous! We had such a blessed time with family. The owner was so helpful and provided exactly what we needed for the perfect family vacation. We will be back!

Perfect
Everything was newly remodeled and perfect. Our favorite part was listening to the waves and watching the sunset and moonrise (even from bed!). Tiki bar just a short walk on the beach.

Beth and Mary made this the best stay ever! Location was perfect to go adventure in several directions. Property was beautiful, clean, beds were comfortable, and we had most everything we needed. It was hard to leave when our vacation was over. Would return tomorrow if we could!

Best vacation - family reunion
After not being able to travel because of COVID and not being able to see family- this trip, vacation, family reunion was such a treat! We had the best time. The apartment is beautiful, flawless, clean. It is so convenient, we rented a boat 3 miles away and rented wave runners short walk on the beach. Loved the morning walks on the beach and afternoon tea on the balcony. Both the owner and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to go back ❤️
