Great location, close to everything - shops, park, beach, pub! Plenty of room and comfy our long weekend stay.

Little things like salt and pepper, paper towel, small bars of soap for shower would be nice. Also the house is advertised for up to 10 people and there is only 2 tea towels? And if expected to leave the house 100% cleaned please supply a full size broom (?) and adequate cleaning supplies. Perhaps also a few more games/dvds/books/puzzles for families would be nice.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: house looked better on the pictures- not as modern- more an improved shack. no aircon outside of living room and it was a very hot weekend, all other rooms felt stuffy and too hot at night because of rooms being added to side of the house there were no air flows at all. The outdoor table was dirty when we checked in and garden would need some TLC. it can accommodate a big group comfortably which is nice but the house is not noise proof at all so that would make it hard to use all the bed/bedrooms

We loved the location and roomy house. It was great to have nice spaces g go or sleeping and cocking. This house seems like a work in progress and will be lovely when the fence is secure,outdoors clean and more places to chill outside to make the most of summer and sea breezes. Maintenance on sliding doors, cobwebs on outdoor furniture needed. Super comfy beds thanks

The interior of the property has been updated at some point and is comfortable - beds comfortable, ample sleeping options and functional bathrooms. Great living area with ample seating for all. Like other reviews the outside is a disaster - not safe for children let alone I wouldn't leave my dog unsupervised in the backyard - unsecure fence to next door where a big staffy/ mastiff type dog lives, weeds everywhere, rusty re-bar covering a firepit and dumped oil tins. Certainly not the type of back deck that is relaxing to sit on for a meal. It really needs a big clean up.

I felt the cleaning fee was a bit steep, no one had swept under the beds for a while . I think we left it cleaner.

The property is is in a great location and is well set up for large group or a couple of families. House was clean and had all utilities needed although one of the bathroom walls has considerable mould on the toilet wall. The only down fall is backyard with old shed needs a major clean up as not suitable for young children with lawns not mowed and full of prickles

This was a great property to stay in. We had 10 people to fit very comfortably, 4 dogs which all had ample room to run and play out the backyard and with two bathrooms there was no issues with bathroom waits. Such a lovely spot as well. Would highly recommend, thank you!
