The apartment was the perfect homebase for our BV visit. Such a nice clean space including everything we needed. Close to main street but nice and quiet.

The location is fantastic, just a couple blocks easy walk to Main Street in Buena Vista. The apartment is clean, well furnished, super comfy, and the owners are super nice as well! I had no complaints at all and lots of great memories of my trip!

My husband and I spent 3 nights here while visiting my mom in town. We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. It was super clean, very comfortable and cozy and minutes from downtown. The bed was perfect and the towels were fluffy! Even thought it was hot outside, with the windows open it was very nice inside. Communication with the owners was prompt and the self check in was a breeze. Everything we needed was provided. Buena Vista is such a great town with terrific restaurants and we loved being by the river. We will definitely stay here again.

Great getaway for two people. Easy walk to Main St with lots of restaurants and shops. Well equipped and tastefully furnished. No AC so if you go when the weather is warm, you might be a bit uncomfortable. You can open the windows (no screens) and turn in the fans, but it doesn’t cool down until late in the evening.

First off Buena Vista was incredible. The hosts made this experience so easy and comfortable. They thought of everything between the bikes, laundry pods, and extra paper towels. They were quick to help with anything extra we needed and so sweet and kind. AMAZING location. We took the included bikes down to Main Street and the river.

My husband and I stayed for a family reunion and this spot was perfect for the 2 of us. Close enough to all the activities planned for the reunion (golf, adventure park, others were staying at Arrowhead campgrounds) and super convenient to downtown BV. It was a little toasty in the unit since there was no AC, but granted it was the dead heat of the summer and in typical CO mountain fashion, cooled off significantly at night so we left windows cracked to cool things off :)

My husband and I went to BV for a wedding and vacation. The location was perfect. You could walk to Main Street where all the cute shops and dining spots are. Not to mention right on to the trails.

Came to Buena Vista for High Lonesome 100 and this was a perfect spot for such an occasion. We had everything we needed on the property which made our stay that much easier and pleasant. Would 100% stay there again.

The location of this rental was perfect. A short walk to downtown or the river park made this apartment perfect for our first trip to BV. The owners made sure we had everything we needed including bikes. And the view…..thanks for hosting is.

The property was immaculate & the hosts, Michael & Jancy were friendly and flexible. My parents did not have a place to stay my final night, so we're able to stay with me. Have had a few less than ideal experiences with other hosts - this is by far my best experience with either. Thank you!

A friend and I were in Buena Vista for a series of weekend races and this property was perfect! Excellent location just a block from downtown and everything BV has to offer. The hosts were communicative, the process seamless and easy and the property was very comfortable, clean and we loved the design/art/etc. We are already talking about reserving it for next year! Definitely a a 5 out of 5!

Our condo was located in a great area close to restaurants, shops, and the hotel where the wedding was held. It was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated and loaded with helpful amenities. We used the kitchen to prepare several meals. Our host was very friendly and available for any needs. We hope to return in the future!

Great place for two people! We loved the location being able to walk to the downtown area. Everything was super clean, the bed and bedding was very comfortable and the living space was just right. We really appreciated the laundry detergent and machines since we had come from spending eight days in a motel in Alamosa. We would definitely stay again so thank you Michael, you have a great place.

Only a short walk to restaraunts, shoping and the museum. We really enjoyed the donkey races. Apartment was very clean.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July and had a great time. The property was exactly as described. I had to work a little bit and the WiFi was very fast. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We walked everywhere we went. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Buena Vista!

Beautiful Unit, Beautiful Location
The unit was clean, well decorated, and quite comfy. The place was easy to find and the check in process was super easy (just let yourself in with the code provided!). Can't say enough about the location - easy walk to the river, parks, restaurants, and shopping. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone wanting to be in the mix in Buena Vista.

We had a wonderful stay in Buena Vista. The property has a great location to access the downtown area and the river. No need to drive just an easy walk. The property was super clean and had all modern conveniences. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had the most excellent stay in BV, in large part to this accommodation. Perfectly located to walk to either South Main or historic downtown BV. Exactly as advertised and Mike and Jancy were the best hosts. Will book again!

Lovely Bueny home
This is a really lovely little property that is very close to downtown Buena vista and also within walking distance to South Main. My toddler son and I had a great stay here. Comfy furniture and bed and all the things you need. The owners are so nice, too,

Michael was professional and easy to contact. We had no problems while there. Everything was in good, working order. The beds/furniture was comfortable and the indoor temp was perfect for us.
The VRBO was close to the things we did (Monarch Mtn, Mt Princeton Hot Springs, shopping/dining in Salida, etc.).
We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you!

Great weekend getaway
This was a cozy, lovely apartment with a perfect location near both downtown and hiking. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, and even left us welcome champagne to celebrate New Years. The place was very clean and newly built with all the amenities we would want. It was a perfect get away!
