Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great location close to Town Centre

Friendly owners who were very welcoming and helpful. Norman was very cute too.

Rooms were newly renovated however I found the sink and mirror outside of the bathroom a little awkward.

Very lovely & friendly lady attend to us during check-in & out, location is easy walk to the town centre for breakfast & dinner + drinks, room is refurbished, bathroom lack of rack and towel rail, enough lighting for the room.

Big gap from window's blind enable lights to seep through, noise from other hotel guest can be heard till late in the night, very thin wall, bed is on the hard side for us, 2 reading light control by just 1 switch.

Close to restaurants and coffee shops very friendly staff

It was very clean. The staff were friendly. The location was close to town. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent as was the wifi.

The bathroom had no basin and not much room for toiletries etc. The wash basin was in the main room which isn’t always convenient. The tea and coffee supplies were minimal.

Mobile service was bad but I think Telstra were having repairs and modifications..

A basic set up made exceptional by the friendliness of the staff - very helpful and supportive of use of laundry facilities supplying power and use of all without cost.

Gravel driveway made motorbike parking and slow moving difficult

Really clean, family room exactly what we needed and great location. Also the staff were absolutely delightful and so happy to help with any requests.

Just a couple of tiny details that we noted - the pillows were uncomfortable and the toilet paper was rubbish, like 1 ply.

Sue the owner/operator was amazingly friendly and helpful with any and all requests. Rooms were clean, bathroom nicely renovated, small kitchenette with most items you would need for a short stay.

The location was excellent. The motel was within walking distance of Rutherglen . It was on the main road to Rutherglen and easy to find. The rooms were newly refurbished in a tasteful manner and to an exceptionally high standard of workmanship. The bed was very comfortable and the linens of a high standard. The owner could not do enough for us. Availability of washing machine and didn’t charge for laundry liquid. The motel grounds were very tidy and appealing. We used the bbq area and it was of a high standard with a box of utensils and anything else required provided. We had a great stay and highly recommend the Woongarra Motel, Rutherglen.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The motel was spotless, new facilities and an amazing owner.

No breakfast offered.

The outdoor pool was locked and no way to enter... also , noisy at night with trucks passing so not as quiet as we would loke

Rooms were recently refurbished and were lovely. Management friendly and aimed to please Pool area spotless. Within walking distance to winery . Definitely would stay again.

We loved the cheerful and warm welcome, helpfully provided with pool towels. the room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was generously proportioned and updated. A most unexpected surprise for a motel, highly recommended.
