La ubicacion
Falto iluminación en la habitacion, los pisos sucios, no habia donde cargar celular, lo tuvimos que cargar en el baño, ducha sin agua caliente, pedimos más toallas porque entramos a la piscina y no quisieron darnos

The building is beautiful and it’s well located.
They provided half the amount of towels necessary (basically making us share towels). They didn’t provide the AC remote and got our reservation mixed up. even by showing the booking reservation they were reluctant to providing the AC remote, until they checked with the owner. when we arrived they didn’t provide instructions as to how to get water until next day when we had to go downstairs to ask because we were so thirsty. Finally, even thought we arrived at 7pm and left the room empty at 9 am, they wouldn’t allow us to use the pool after eleven. Ultimately, for a hotel it’s not worth the price. I regret staying there and should’ve stayed at a Hostel for what I got.

According booking.com breakfast is available for 4 USD. That was not the case, no breakfast, no tea or coffee, nothing.

Beautiful old hotel close to everything
That you couldn't have any food or drinks in your room..The room is pretty small for a large family. The breakfast advertised on booking.com isn't what they offer and the cost isn't what they charge ..The breakfast is from a restaurant up the road
The don't like any noise at all even during the day. I have 4 young kids. So they kept leaving nites on our door during the day to be quite that loud talking is prohibited. I'm partially deaf so I speak a little louder. There is a sign outside of the hotel 20 a night and they said they would have only charged me 43.00 not 75.00 if I didn't use booking.com. Lots of double standards in their operating.. A/C was addition cost so only fans and we were very uncomfortable. Barely slept at night due to the heat.
