Our family had a great time. The condo was perfect. The owner supplied bath towels, linens, towels, beach toys, buckets, etc. which was great. However I did bring a few extra bath towels because with the young children it's hard to say 'hang your towel up so you can use it again'! Having a washing machine was also very handy.
Our only issue was that the neighbors upstairs were a bit noisy and heavy footed at times. Not sure how you solve that in a rental property.
We will be back and rent again. Thank you so much.

Bob and Patty were both welcoming and understanding. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is accommodating and private this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss out on. it was a nice get away for the four days we were there!! Everyone was so nice, the owners answered all our questions and gave us places to eat and other info. We all had a great time! Would love to go back!!!

We were looking for a place that was comfortable, clean and close to the beach. This place covered all the basis and was very nicely decorated too.
We had a great view of the sound side and was only a block from the beach.
We loved that it was pet friendly and we were able to have our grand puppies stay with us too. We met the owner and he was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back and stay here again.
The condo unit next to us is also same owner and is decorated beautifully. We were able to tour it as well and will book it next time we come to visit.

This home was everything we had hoped for and more! The accommodations were beautiful and so comfortable, the location was perfect, and the hosts (Bob and Patty) were so kind and helpful. They provided communication that went beyond just providing the basic information. Their accommodations made us feel like we were at home. They took extra time to make sure all of our questions were answered and even provided insight about the area’s dining options, etc. Their extra care before and during our stay made our trip so very enjoyable from beginning to end. We will definitely be staying with them again soon! Thank you Bob and Patty!

Sweet Carolina Beach condo is located steps from the beach. We took every morning and evening walk, soaked in sunrise, tide pools, turtle nesting and last light. When inside, the hosts here, Bob and Patty have literally thought of everything. The unit is completely stocked and beautifully furnished. The hosts are a text away for entry access and any questions. This vacation was literally a dream come true with memories to match. Thank you again for a wonderful week!

The unit was great! It was a quick walk to the beach and close to everything.
It was not just people friendly it was pet friendly.
The unit was nicely decorated and the hosts, Bob and Patty were very responsive and they provide items to make you feel at home.
Would definitely stay at this property again.

The Condo was excellent. The location of the Condo was next to the Sand Dollar public beach access so it was only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The Condo was clean and stocked full of the many essential items you always leave home when on vacation. The Condo has the canal in the front and the ocean in the back and is in the heart of all the fun things to do in Carolina Beach. Would highly recommend staying at this Condo if you plan to stay at Carolina Beach.

What a wonderfully renovated and beautifully located property! We loved the decor, and the rooms were all very spacious and bright. The view off the front deck over the sound is just lovely. Very nicely furnished and comfortable for a group. A really well done place - we would definitely stay again!

Very clean property, just as described. Very close walk to beach. Visited in February but it was 78 degrees on beach. Bob was in touch anytime I had a question. He was great to deal with. Would stay here again if I come back to Carolina Beach.

Extra nice touches include soft luxurious linens, a welcome basket, first aid and a nice useful items. Everything is newly updated and very clean. The owners were easy to work with, quick to respond and very accommodating! If you are coming to Carolina Beach, this is a great place to be!

We loved this place ... can’t wait to go back!
It was our first time staying in Carolina Beach and we LOVED it. The condo was perfect, there was nothing we didn’t have or need! It was beyond clean, spacious, the location is outstanding (steps from the beach and canal).
Everything was clean and felt brand new. The attention to detail was amazing, we loved the layout and decor. Our fur babies loved it too (they have an outside hose to clean the sand off from those fun beach trips).
Having dinner on the front patio watching the sunsets was so relaxing. We can’t wait to come back! This place really is a 10/10 ❤️
