We liked this this property.

Overall stay was nice. After finally getting the dryer fixed, it was not heating and could not do laundry, which I had planned to do. Rooms could use some updating. Beds need better support, mattresses sag and pillows are completely flat.

We had plenty of dishes and the smart TV was nice. And of course you can’t beat the balcony and proximity to the ocean.We had issues with the dryer timer not working and when you would open the dishwasher the whole machine would slightly come out. One of our group had to the wash the sheets in her room because they were dirty upon check in, and one of the bathroom sinks started leaking underneath and soaked our belongings.Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again!

It was overall a good value. It would have been nice to know about work being completed on-site. 1. 2 out of the 3 elevators being down and 2. The lazy river pool being drained and being worked on. The condo itself was a nice layout, had everything we needed, and a fantastic view!

The master bedroom had an odor and when we told management they put an air freshener in the room. The kitchen is fully stocked but, the pans are horrible. Everything sticks and ruined our pancakes and eggs every morning.

The condo had everything you could need, even a crock pot and large stock pot. Very nicely decorated.

Place was great. Nice location. The only thing was the dishwasher. It was completely loaded and wasn't working, had to be unloaded and washed by hand.

Great experience all around. Very clean. Had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The room and location was perfect and provided us with plenty of space being that it was 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The room decor was very nice and it was also very clean. Beds could use some upgrading, but they were good enough. It's vacation...not home! The kitchen was well equipped. Could have used some containers with lids for left overs. We are budgeters and cook in a lot. We had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling well enough. They were there right away to access the issue and came back and actually replaced the entire air conditioning unit. My daughter was 34 weeks pregnant...we needed it to be COLD! lol Loved having 3 bathrooms as 6 out of the 9 of us are women! The beach out from the high rises at Crescent Shores were really crowded. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. daughters fairytale came true...her boyfriend proposed to her on the beach!

We had a Girl Friends Week at this property. Check in was seamless. The cleanliness of the property, entryway, lobby, and pool areas were constantly being cleaned. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The beach was awesome. Beach chairs and umbrellas could be rented daily or weekly. We loved being away from the downtown area but could get there easily. Close to many restaurants and activites.

Not very good. Was not told about a parking garage ACROSS the street that we would have to use. Kitchen poorly stocked with utensils, etc., one bed broken, extremely bright lights at night for front bedrooms. Do not recommend this place. Too small of a pool for the size of two buildings. Out of 3 elevators, one was not working the entire week we were there. Have not heard back from Realty Comp to be sure they received all our pool wristbands, you will have to pay $15 per wristband not returned so beware.

The rooms are in a great facility and it was in a awesome location. The facility at security and maintenance crew showed up same day when requested. I would book another stay here again in the future!

Very nice. Had trouble locking the door with the key pad. Called and left a message with the realtor, she never called me back. Had to ask a stranger, whose brother had the same lock and finally got the door to lock so we could go out! They should give you some directions, in the details.

The condo was great just as it is online. The location could not have been any better for our needs. Being over the ocean is the only way to go when you’re at the beach. The condo was supplied with everything that we needed. All this being said our biggest complaint was the check in process. I had called to inform them of my late arrival on Friday night. They told me the packet would be in the lock box. Upon arrival at North Beach Realty I opened the lockbox and there was a packet in there although the wrong initial with the correct last name was on the packet. Unfortunately there were two people with the same last name. That family had checked in in person in the office Friday at 4:30. My paperwork was given to that family who actually signed my paperwork. This is unheard of! So upon arrival Friday night there were people who had my condo. They did offer us another condo which was not on the beach to stay that night until they could rectify the problem in the morning. But this was a 45 minute process for them to even figure out that the wrong people had signed my paperwork. I’m not sure how this can even happen? I would’ve thought they needed an ID for someone to sign paperwork because they ask for my ID the next morning. Super frustrating I ended up having to pick up my daughter and granddaughter at the airport and then crowded into my brothers small house for the night. They did get a hold of the people Saturday morning and ask them to move out and then cleaners did a rush clean through the condo. Pretty certain I would not rent through North Beach Realty again. I will say that they allowed us to stay an extra night and that they comped me for the first night but of course none of the fees were comped. I have rented for many years thru VRBO and have never had something like like this happen. I actually had to sign paperwork that they had whited out the signature of the other renters.
