Property clean except for floors which are impossible to keep bare feet from turning black. Need a few more amenities in kitchen. Like mixing bowls and newer pans. The neighbor was friendly and the beach was gorgeous. We would love to stay again but it’s a bit pricy. The track lighting in the kitchen and dining area was too bright and spot lights were in your eyes. A light in the ceiling and over the sink would be helpful.

Property was very nice and clean, close to beach access and very walkable. Bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs and towels provided. Only slight issue is locking and unlocking the front door. You have to make sure to press against the door a bit to ensure deadbolt can move in and out. Not a big deal but good to be aware of. Had a wonderful time.

The location was perfect. The halfway mark between to other locations that my family members were located. Nice place quiet at night.

The room was amazing! There was a very short walk to the beach and the pool was big and very clean. Unfortunately the only complaint we have was we never had any hot water in the shower. It was checked while we were there but we never got a hot shower.

The property was an excellent choice. It is a short walk to Bradenton. Beach that is clean and a perfect spot to spend the day and evening with amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the stay so much that we extended from 5 to 7 nights hassle free. This unit has a keyless entry, which was a plus for three adults and two children. The location is conveniently located. We had a fabulous trip.

Anna Maria Island has been our family go to vacation for the past 3 years and we have stayed in one of the properties at Lazy Livin for each. Each of the condos is unique, but this property has been updated compared to some of the other units that we have stayed in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

The visual appearance was great. But the feel of the floor, counter tops, tv remotes and appliances were not clean. The tv was not easy to work, the unit stayed too warm and we had bugs. The distance to the ocean was perfect.

We loved this vacation rental. One block from the most perfect beach. The complex was family friendly and everyone was considerate at the pool. The condo was clean and well equipped. They were also quick to meet our needs. The only negative, which we knew going in, was so washer and dryer. This was hard with beach towels to dry out. But we loved this unit and will return soon!

We loved Lazy Liven 6. It was my first winter of retirement and loved the pool and other residents. Close to beach as well so saw sunsets nightly from our favorite beach bench.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. There were plenty of towels provided. I do think at least two trash bags should be provided. A full length mirror would've been great. Unfortunately, whoever lives or stayed above us were extremely loud. Every foot step could be heard and at one time it sounded like they dropped two bowling balls and it woke me out of my sleep. Other than that, the condo was clean, up to date, and check-in and check-out were easy.

Overall, the condo was great. Plenty of towels were supplied. I feel that more than one trash bag should have been supplied. A full length mirror should be added. Unfortunately, whoever was staying above us or whoever lives above the condo was extremely loud. The ceiling was thin and we heard heavy footsteps through the late night. At one point, it sounded like they dropped two bowling balls and it woke me up out of my sleep. They were very loud overall. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. Check in and check out were easy.

The rental was clean & spacious. It does look much larger in the picture but it was still exactly what we needed. The only thing we would have liked different would to have had an extra set of blankets for the fold out couch. Very close to the beach. Close to downtown. Not really walking distance to downtown but definitely a hop into the car in a couple of minutes. The pool was clean and very welcoming. We would stay here again!
