Great location, fancy apartments, with good services offered (e.g.: high speed internet,laundry, etc). Location was surprisingly silent even in the nights. Wide variety of restaurants, services and shops nearby. Downtown and the beach are close even by walk. Amazing and friendly owner, who is always happy to help!

Very clean and tidy.
Close to cheap supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants.
Host was polite and prompt with replies.
Presence of laundry facilities are a massive plus if you are travelling for a long period of time!
Closer proximity to a metro station would have been nice, but a tram stop is within walking distance.

very, very good communication with the staff, Maria and Themis are very friendly and help you with anything at any hour
you should reach to them with any questions, even maybe recommendations for places to eat and have fun, so you can enjoy Athens at its fullest. all 8 of us think that the best words to describe them is true proffesionals.

I was able to change my check-in time easily when my transfer was quicker than expected.

the property was clean and comfortable. Usb ports next to the bed for charging devices was very useful
the hot water was difficult to work
out- having to turn it on ahead of time before needing it. There was only 2 bowls and 2 spoons and no sharp knives, quite a problem for a family of 5. other than these small things the property was great abs the owner very accommodating and helpful

These guys have done a great job. First of all, 10 stars for their spacious, clean , well designed and organized bathroom/shower! Had soap, shampoo and nice clean towels. A feeling of a 5 star hotel ( without the expensive mini bar ).
Very organized, the apartment was super clean when we arrived (much later than the late check in time) , they let us stay a few hours longer without any extra charge which we appreciate, the staff was friendly, helpful and generally speaking very good hosts. Highly recommended

Amazing host! Although I only stayed for one night due to work, he helped me with everything with kindness and discretion.
Because of him I discovered Nea Smyrni Square 15 minutes walk from the apartments.
He was not only offered to help me find it, but actually took me there as well.
It turned out to be fantastic! For shopping, coffee, walking, food. It had it all.
The room has been made with great taste and the bed was large, comfortable and cozy.
On the plus side he allowed me to check-out late in the afternoon when was my flight, without extra charge.

Stayed at the hotel at a recent business trip. Self check-in was efficient, hotel was new, clean and comfortable. The location at Syggrou Avenue was close to the office I was visiting, safe and easy to walk. The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen but preferred to take food to go from a restaurant recommended by the owner. He also helped me book a very reasonably priced taxi to the airport. Overall an excellent experience! I highly recommend it
