Everything about our stay was amazing! The beach home is beautiful, well-stocked, and top quality! Kelly is great and was friendly, helpful, and easily accessible for the couple of questions we had. The location is an unobstructed, beautiful view of the ocean which made hanging out on the awesome porch so relaxing and enjoyable. We loved it! Thank you, Kelly!

We had the best stay at this home! We came down on a Friday and left Sunday. The house was beautiful and exceptionally clean; the beds were so comfortable and welcoming. The house was close to the beach, and I highly recommend this rental for anyone wanting peace, quiet, and amenities.

The beach house was located in a great spot, walking distance to the beach and you could sit on the front porch and watch the waves. The house was very nice and clean, plenty of room for everyone to have space. The owners were very nice and accomadating. They checked in on us while we were there and was very quick with their responses. We will definitely be back next summer and couldn’t recommend it enough!

The home is very nice with comfortable beds and a great view of the beach. I will say the home is very well insulated because we had noisy neighbors and loud people on the beach, but when we went inside we couldn’t hear anything. Home is spacious for a large family.

The house was gorgeous and close to the beach. All of the beds were super comfortable and the downstairs bar area is great for entertaining and enjoying the nice breeze coming off the water. Would highly recommend and would rent again.

This house was amazing. The views were awesome. The house is as listed. Out of all the rentals I’ve done, the beds were super comfortable, the best! We had heavy rain on and off but the deck upstairs or under the house still made it where you could be outside. The house is decorated nicely. Kelly was great to communicate with. Kitchen fully stocked and no lack of seating. AC worked good. I will stay again no doubt.

Loved it! We had a great time, the view was awesome, close to beach. The house was beautiful and very comfy master bed. Plenty of kitchen cookware including crock pot! Lots of spices, big master shower, extra blankets. Nice and helpful owner!

House was very clean and beautiful. The downstairs bar area was really nice. The view was amazing, we loved drinking our coffee in the morning on the porch area. The house had everything we needed. We really liked our stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation
This was a wonderful rental experience! We traveled as a family. Ages 21-40’s. Kelly was so helpful with my million questions prior to showing up. Showing up there was a binder with Welcome information, list of restaurants, things to do and Check Out instructions. The living room was set up perfectly with an open concept so that you can visit while cooking, eating or just hanging out. The beds were super comfy. The master shower was WOW! We enjoyed the fireworks off the deck. Plenty of outdoor furniture with variety. Downstairs there is a quaint seating area with a beautiful breeze. One of my favorite parts was the bar downstairs. It had bar chairs, huge TV and just gave off a great vibe. TV has Dish and is a Roku so you can’t sign into your apps. Wi-Fi was very good, especially considering that it is the busiest week at the beach. I rent often in Crystal Beach and will be back with our family.

We absolutely loved the house , the location and Mr. KELLY is absolutely amazing. We had no issues whatsoever.. Everything you can possibly need is stocked in his home. I highly recommend renting this home. You will not regret it

When I first walked into the beach house I noticed how clean it smelt and tidy it was all of the rooms were well decorated and had great views and we’re extremely clean. We really enjoyed our stay with our family there with us!

Perfect beach house!
This beach house was exactly what I was hoping for. Plenty of room, comfy beds and everything we needed in the kitchen. The view of the beach is beautiful and is close enough to walk. The homeowner even contacted me directly the day before to go over some details and ensure we had an easy check-in. If I had a question, he was quick to respond and help. To touch on a couple of previous reviews - any "soft" spots that were present are no longer there. I didn't feel one. Plenty of hot water in both showers. You can tell the owner takes great pride in this home. My family and I love Crystal Beach and visit often. This house is one of the best we've ever stayed in. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

There's so many soft spots in the floor, it's scary. It really shouldn't be hard to fix, since it's up on stilts. Only other thing was the water didn't get very hot in the shower. But with that said, we would stay again.

On last day owner allowed us to stay little longer and kids enjoyed few extra hours at the beach! Thanks a lot!

We had a great stay at Kelly's Crystal Gem. The house has an amazing view of the water. Close to the beach. Fun downstairs bar area. Inside the house is roomy and very well stocked with all kitchen needs and bath towels. The beds were super comfortable with fans and Tv's in all bedrooms. Overall great place to stay!
