Great location, quiet and relaxing.

There's something wrong with the bedroom air conditioner, it is very noisy. There was dried toothpaste on the back of the bathroom door, a chapstick and items on floor in bathroom. It needs to be deep cleaned, not just surface cleaned after each stay. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper & partial roll of paper towel, I had to buy paper items. The patio furniture on the upper deck is very tattered & needs to be replaced. Very minor issues and our over all experience was good. Oh & a extremely loud metal gate that needs regular treatment with W-D 40.

there wasn’t any paper products and we ended up having to buy our own tp and paper towels. the coffee machine didn’t work.

This “villa” is the jewel! It is quiet, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. You have great views from the patio and the rooftop of the Catalina Mountains. We even grilled burgers one night! The villa is roomy, light and airy, bed is very comfortable, and has a full kitchen. There was not a thing we were lacking!
