location was great and it had on site parking

the bed was uncomfortable and the apartment had a damp smell.

The location

The flat looked amazing in the advertisement but in reality was dirty. All the floors were full of long hairs. The shower was full of mould. The check in process was ridiculous. We arrived at the agreed time and were asked to wait for for an hour and a half until someone coming from Manchester (we were in Preston) arrived. We waited three days to get a key for the outer door of the building but we’re told with a good shove we could open it anyway, so there was a total lack of security. It had private off road parking, the entrance to which only accommodated smaller cars and was down a steep hill with a brick wall at the end. There were only three hangers in the wardrobe for a three week stay and we waited three days to get any more.

The couple room sink was defective

It was a nice place, really nicely decorated good location enjoyed the stay. I would stay again.

Staff communication is poor waited hours to check in. The flat was lacking basic things like knife, dish spong. Rubbish in fire escape, no code for parking gate, no key for main door downstairs had to ring other flats to get in only given flat key. TV not working turning off every 1min.
