The location was good.
Poor food. No lift. No internet. No intercom. Short staffed.

They should add some better soap, shampoo, shower gell and other kits in washroom
And also there should be welcome drink juice or tea at reception
Free fruit basket and biscuits in room
Also they must fill room fridge even they may charge it
